La gentilezza dello staff ti fa sentire in famiglia
Pros:

Prenotato per caso in questo hotel che ha soddisfatto oltre misura le nostre aspettative, la pulizia l'ambiente il personale tutto al top. Per non parlare della posizione e della colazione con prodotti ottimi e genuini. Consigliatissimo.

No es para un 8,5 en Booking
Pros:

El personal muy amable y la ubicación en Castelbuono, un pueblo muy tranquilo y bonito

Cons:

En España sería como mucho un tres estrellas. El colchón parecía una colchoneta de playa. La ducha solo para persona de complexión muy delgada. La limpieza del baño era bastante deficiente.

1. La atención del recepcionista fue mala: reservamos una habitación con dos camas. Al llegar nos dijo que si la tenia. Pagamos y al entrar, era una habitación con cama de matrimonio. Le pedimos un cambio y no quisieron darnos una alternativa. Al día siguiente hablamos por teléfono con el gerente y en vez de una disculpa, nos atendió con un tono desagradable y chulesco.
2. El lavabo sucio y con una mampara rota que se salia el agua.
3. El desayuno muy básico.

Hotel sicuramente rinnovato da poco, bell'arredamento, molto pulito e ordinato. A cinque minuti a piedi dal centro, comodissimo come punto di partenza per visitare sia le Madonie che Cefalu'. Molto cordiale il personale che si destreggiava tra bar e reception. Camera confortevole (anche se in condizionatore funzionava male)

Cons:

Colazione assolutamente da rivedere per qualità, varietà, e quantità. Decisamente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
Il check in che chiude alle 23 e senza nessun servizio notturno lo trovo limitato, stiamo sempre parlando di un 4 stelle e non di un B&B.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre historique de Castelbuono (à pied compter 5 à 10min).
Le charme du village.
Le service petit déjeuner et le confort de la chambre.
Cefalu est à 25min en voiture.
A voir aussi Geraci Siculo en hauteur (1000m d'altitude environ)
