Bassenget hadde ikke puter til solsengene, noe som er en nødvendighet for å ligge komfortabelt. Rengjøring 1 gang på 1 uke, kun skifte av sengetøy, håndduker og dopapir.

Pool was great not overcrowded had an enjoyable time

Pool nice and quiet until after school then seems to be invaded by 20 odd school children
They claim they are residents but unlikely
No parents all the same age and they all know each other
Also the grass area around the pool is covered in dog poo
I mentioned this to reception who didn’t really care to be honest

Good location.
Although paid extra for a room with a harbour view and there was a shipping container right outside the windows

Bra läge och sängarna var ok. Lägenheten var sliten och det var lyhört. De skulle städa var tredje dag men ingen kom och städade. Vi bodde där 4 nätter. Billigt boende så ändå ok för det priset.

The outer building is well kept and looks very traditionally Spanish. The pool was closed & empty while we were there looked clean & tidy. You would need to bring your own beach towels as there are none in the apartments & the sunbeds are plastic.
When you enter the stairwell it then becomes apparent that the interior has not been touched. We booked the superior apartment and we had a nice view over the pool & marina. There were broken tiles on the stair, our bathroom window was cracked, there was a section of our skirting board hanging off & the apartment generally looked a bit tired & soul less unfortunately. On saying that, the bed was comfortable enough, the shower was fairly decent & the television was brilliant. If you want a hairdryer you need to ask at reception (staff are very nice). There are some sachets of shampoo & shower gel and a small amount of detergent supplied. The hotel has a large car park with barriers (€8 a night, pay when you leave at reception). Unfortunately someone scuffed the side of our car so watch where you park. Quickest way to get to the main esplanade is the set of stairs at the far right hand side of the car park. Excellent place for breakfast/brunch is Lolyta Cafe. Moby Dick out the back of the apartments does great food. This place has so much potential, it just needs some money spent on the interior.

Absolutely disgusting. I booked a lovely apartment but was given a hippy squat u gave the keys back and was offered a slightly less grotty apartment
Rusted rails around the balcony chipped mugs in the cupboard pealing paintwork holes in the walls. I gave the keys back and left. I'd booked 2 nights to give us time to look at properties but ended up cancelling our appointments

Helt greit, sentralt. Dyr parkering for gjester

This is quite a charming complex. However, the walls are paper thin which ruins everything.

Funktionabel für eine Nacht. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und verwohnt.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others.
Some of the items were just about to break which worries me as you have to pay the £100 deposit. The sofa felt like it was about to go. The freezer door wouldn’t close to we had to jam something in it to make it close but the place is still perfect for what we needed it for just some relaxing and the air cons good too.

Jättetrevligt lägenhetshotell. Mottagandet när vi kom var toppen. Sen fallerade kompetensen i receptionen.
Möblerna på ena terassen försvann (även på andra ställen på markplan) när jag påpekade det i receptionen var svaret "Det får man räkna med" Städning var bra men "glömdes bort" ibland. Hoppsan!!! Andra veckan kom mycket barnfamiljer och då gällde inte poolreglerna längre. Ofta omöjligt att vistas i poolen. Men i stora drag ett mycket trevligt ställe med toppensängar och bra parkering.

Super lokasjon på marinaen med kort gåtur inn til sentrum. Stille og rolig. Ok leilighet med alt du trenger men ganske slitent så en oppussing hadde vært fint. Hyggelig bassengområde med solsenger. Vi hadde i 2.etg med veranda mot basseng og marina og der var det hyggelig å sitte med morgenkaffen. Så at leilighetene på bakkeplan hadde veldig lite uteplass

Awful, this apartment block, well especially our apartment needs a complete overhaul. Tired dated and very poor repair. Door handles falling off, broken floor tiles. Doors not locking, no room safe. Limited kitchen facilities. Hob,microwave, fridge and toaster. Kettle lid was broken.
Patio doors couldn't be locked.
The beds in the bedroom twin beds mattresses were thin and uncomfortable.
Double bed was comfortable. Bolster pillow.
Room was dirty and food stuff left under a unit in the lounge area.
Our complaints regarding all of the above issues resulted in the room being recleaned but no maintenance was done so all issues stayed the same.
They required a 100euro deposit. Why I've no idea, certainly couldn't have been for breakages.
The marina area is beautiful with a few nice restaurants and bars. However we will never return to this place again.
Value for money was shocking.

Booked this as a cheap base to stay while house hunting in the area. Our flight wasn't till 8.30 pm so by the time we had landed, got through passport control, got our cases and car and driven the 45 minute drive we were arriving early hours of the next day. They had given our self catering apartment away as we were a "no show". Offered us a room with two single beds but the guy saw the look on my face and gave us a double. We were so tired we took it so we could get some sleep and the next day we would take it up with reception. In the morning looking around the room the was no tea/coffee facilities, the laminate flooring was lifting, there was someone else's dirty razor holding the bathroom window shut and to get in the shower (the bathroom was so small) your legs rubbed along to side of the toilet getting in and out. Mmmm lovely.
We went to reception who then offered us a self catering apartment we were meant to have but looking that was no better and it had one window in the whole apartment making it the most dark and dingy space. I was ready to find an air bnb in the area but they then gave us a 3 bed apartment in another complex.
Huge improvement on what they had offered us, would benefit from some paint and basics were missing like a toaster and furniture for the balcony, tiles missing in the shower area and the shower doors didn't close properly meaning the bathroom got a bit flooded, but it was an improvement.
Just to top it off my partner had just got out of the shower one afternoon and had literally just walked through to get dressed when someone opened our door and came in. The reception had given keys to another guest. We had iPhones, AirPods, money, passports in the apartment meaning someone could've just stolen what they want. I phoned through to reception and turned out they should've been given the keys to next door but didn't even give as much as an apology.
Avoid!!!

Reception service was poor. they looked troubled when you asked for help, for example the curtains that you pull down outside the window had stopped working. it took 4 visits to the reception with the answer "we kmr in 20 minutes" and over 1 day later with 4 reminders they come. they have things in binders instead of computers, welcome back in time. You get a note with your deposit that you must keep and not lose because then you won't get your 100 euro deposit back. once again welcome back in time. summary reception and serivce: 1/5

we had a superior room which was large and clean. Minus because the drain smelled a bit and sounded/simmered in the whole apartment. the balcony was good. the doors were difficult to lock. you can wash the dishes yourself, cleaning is not included. good tv with apps. summary superior room: 4/5

pool area was 5/5. clean and well maintained. the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to the center depending on how fast you walk. torrevieja as a city is adequate and genius. good prices and nice people even if the service is lower than eg Greece or Italy.

Price for room was good.
