Pros:

Отель супер!
Главное преимущество — прекрасное месторасположение. До большинства основных достопримечательностей Рима можно спокойно дойти пешком. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — очень приветливый, весёлый и отзывчивый. Всегда готовы помочь и создают действительно приятную атмосферу. Также понравились чистота отеля, внутренний дизайн и интерьер — всё выглядит стильно, современно и продуманно.

Cons:

Из минусов отмечу только несколько небольших моментов.
Во-первых, душ в ванной комнате имеет открытый дизайн — с двух сторон отсутствуют дверцы или шторки. Выглядит красиво, но на практике во время принятия душа вода постоянно попадает на пол ванной комнаты.
Во-вторых, мы останавливались в номере 202, который расположен рядом со служебным помещением для персонала. К сожалению, с самого раннего утра (иногда с ночи) оттуда доносилось много шума, что сильно мешало сну.

Clean hotel with great location
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, very close to the Borghese Gallery and the Pantheon. The rooms are clean, and the personnel are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We stayed in the new building. It has an old, small elevator that is very hot and slow. We used it once, but after that we used the stairs because we found it unsafe.
To reach the second floor, where the rooms in the new building are, you need to press the call button and wait for someone at the reception to open the door, as you are not given a key for it. One day we returned to the hotel and waited 15 minutes for someone to open the door. But apart from that, the hotel is great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had such a pleasant stay! The hotel was very clean and conveniently located close to all the major landmarks.
