We were really surprised by the friendliness of the staff and their desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Pros:

The hotel is extremely cozy and I loved the attention to detail. The breakfast was wonderful as well.

Very good experience
Pros:

Very good experience, and my review is based on the following:

Staff: Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They were always ready to assist whenever needed.

Room: I booked a Junior Suite. The room was spacious and very clean. It was well divided into a seating area with a sofa bed and a separate sleeping area, and it included two TVs. The suite also had two bathrooms, one of which included a bidet spray.

Location: Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Spanish Steps. The area is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a supermarket.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Palazzo Venere is a charming small hotel and is well situated. The entire hotel is nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly, especially ladies at breakfast and Ibrahim the handyman. The breakfast buffet contains what is needed, tasty coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, few sources of protein, fresh fruits and pastries.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the rooms clean

Cons:

- wished more fruits at the breakfast
- our room had only one mirror that was located in the bathroom. Would be nice to have at least one more in the room
- some guests forgot to close the elevator doors properly and the lift didn’t move until the doors were closed. Would be nice if something could be done to this

Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima. Próximo da Piazza di Spagna e da Piazza del Poppolo. O hotel foi reformado recentemente e está com todas as suas acomodações modernizadas. Café da manhã variado e com muita qualidade. Staff gentil e prestativo.

I’d highly suggest staying there if you’re looking for personalized service and a pretty place to stay!
Pros:

It was refurbished and well maintained. Clean and within walking distance to restaurants and sights. Staff were fantastic; they were very accommodating and did their best to make sure we were comfortable.

Cons:

It was hard to find a cab one evening due to a football game.

Pros:

Le design de l’hotel , l’équipe du matin très souriante et semblant former une équipe soudée. Les chambres sont magnifiques.
Une équipe prévenante et chaleureuse.

Cons:

Le bruit et les fenêtres de piètre qualité pour isoler du bruit et manque de chance une ventilation-chauffage bien trop élevée même à la température minimale imposant de la couper ( et du coup de plus avoir d’air circulant ) et de devoir ouvrir les fenêtres... nous avons donc peu et mal dormi.
Une attention particulière sur le ménage (débris de plastique au sol dans les toilettes séparée de la suite et poussière s’accumulant lors du séjour)
