We loved everything about this hotel ; the spotless clean modern rooms , the breakfast, the location and most of all the wonderful , friendly staff . Such a refreshing place to be after a hot , busy Rome day.

Loved staying here - zero complaints!
Pros:

The hotel was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was beyond helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel and made several rest stops back to the hotel during our sightseeing. The jam cookies brought to our room as a surprise were delicious!

Elegant gem close to everything
Pros:

Loved the room and all the facilities! The staff were incredible! We got a little upgrade plus a bowl of fruits at one point!

Cons:

The size of the room vs. the price, it’s overpriced compared to what I have paid. The room is very small, we were two in the room, we can’t walk in the same way, someone has to sit on the bed.

L’hotel si propone come 4 stelle ma non ha un servizio adeguato quando gli chiediamo consigli affidabili sui ristoranti

Camere su due piani differenti (2o / 4o. ) nonostante siamo una famiglia con figlie minorenni

Ascensore si ferma al 3o piano e solo scale per accedere al 4o

La persona che ci ha accolto venerdì 10 sera ( Giuseppe ) poco efficiente . Ci ha consigliato per il compleanno di mia moglie un ristorante inadeguato per il pranzo dí domenica 12 : una bettola fuori dal centro , piena di mosche e sedie di plastica stile festa dell’unità . Senza senso rispetto alla nostra richiesta …!?? Perché ?
