I had a courtyard facing room on the top floor. It was spacious and well equipped but the single window had a high cill, making the room feel dark. Breakfast was good except for the coffee which was poor. Reception and service generally were good.

Qualidade acústica péssima. Ouve-se tudo da rua e do piso superior. Ventilação defeituosa. Batente da porta de entrada passa por baixo da mesma. Não servindo para nada.
Bem situado no centro de Viseu. Pequeno-almoço de qualidade. Bom gosto na decoracao das partes comuns.
Não possui estacionamento. Mas existe um praça a 5 min de caminhada onde pose-se deixar o carro gratuitamente (em frente ao hotel é pago).
Poderia ter um pequeno frigorifico (frigobar) para armazenagem.
Gostei de tudo no Hotel.
