Dependance Hotel Cyrano

After 12 days of staying at the Cyrano Hotel during the Christmas holidays, I can with absolute certainty refute any negative comments, as our experience was excellent from the first to the last moment: the receptionist Valentina stood out for her kindness, professionalism and constant willingness to help us, while the manager Markos was always present, personally making sure that everything ran smoothly and that we felt comfortable and welcome. In addition, all the hotel staff were smiling and eager to serve us and offer us a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious every day, with very good coffee and delicious pastries, our room was always warm, spotlessly clean and well-kept, with plenty of hot water at any time of the day and the 24-hour reception provided security and prompt service 24 hours a day. Also, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it is very close to the Saronno train station (we took the train to Milan), as well as the fact that it has underground parking, which was very convenient for us. This is a hotel that respects the customer and proves in practice that it deserves every positive review. It goes without saying that at the first opportunity we will visit it again and we hope it will be soon! Thank you for everything!

We booked late and arrived even later. Very friendly staff who split the one big bed into two one persons beds for je children in the middle of the night, with a smile. 1 place for electric charging in the hotel parking (free of charge). Missed breakfast but got a wonderful coffee, danish and some yogurt with nuts nevertheless. Receptionist couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Rooms not fancy but very clean, neat and everything works. Absolutely would visit again.

I had low expectations for the hotel as it looks dated from the outside and the price was low. Booked it for the location, that is very convenient for train travel in many directions. It was a pleasant surprise and the included breakfast meal was above average for all the hotels I have stayed in. Friendly staff and the room was big enough. It was a great start to the trip. You can check that I seldom give 5 stars but I do for this place with the caveat that you get what you pay for.

Very reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety. Has the Italian style is maintained while being renovated too! Nice 5 minutes walk to the train station

Not too much to expect. The location is very good as it is very near to the train station. The city is alresdy very small therefore you can also go ot the city centre easily. If you have flights from Malpensa, it is a good option to stay.

Normal, calm and clean hotel, good location away from turists and noise. Close to shops n bars n restaurants in its local area.
Parking is free. Breakfast is simple, personal is kind and helpful.
I wd recommend it for its good price and calm location.

Uncomfortable bed, could not regulate temperature, the room was very hot at night. It needs renovating, nothing has changed since last stay several years ago, looking so out of date and dirty. Breakfast quite poor
