Pros:

L'hôtel est vieillissant et mériterait une rénovation, notamment au niveau des salles de bain. Le parking souterrain est payant. En globalité le prix est largement surfait. Néanmoins l'hôtel est bien placé, le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner (non inclus dans le prix de la chambre) est varié et copieux.

Mauvaise chambre attribué et pas de solution
On passe d’une chambre double panoramique à 2 lits simple vue sur un mur à l’arrière…
Le service client est vraiment mauvais , je ne recommande pas du tout

Did not meet expectations for described "panoramic" room. The room had a tiny terrace facing the rear of the hotel onto a hillside. No view whatsoever.

Passe juste une nuit la chambre est bien mais rien de spécial à l’intérieur le lit n’est pas confortable du tout réveillé avec un mal de dos le petit dej juste ok pourrais avoir plus de choix par contre le croissant était excellent

Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son muy antiguas. Los baños viejos y deteriorados. Juntan 2 camas para hacer una grande pero no las unes así q se separan al dormir. De la ducha sale el agua sin dirección ni presión. Se malgasta mucha agua esperando a calentarse. Los recepcionistas, muy amables y atentos.

Pros:

250 euros for just a simple room with broken doors, not steady hot water, no in-room fridge, no safe to leave out passports…and when asking the bar staff for a simple coffee they rejected saying that there was already some coffee made…DRAMATIC!

Good hotel, water hot, beds comfortable.
Pros:

Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot. Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free.
