Ein sauberes und geschmackvolles Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch die beiden Mitarbeiter am Strand. Das Essen ist vielfältig. Große Auswahl an Salaten. Schöner Poolbereich und Wellnessbereich im Hotel. Im Aussenbereich begeistert immer wieder das Thermalbecken.
Wir waren zum zweitenmal im Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich, jedoch wäre es super wenn man das Licht in der Minibar ausschalten könnte oder vor die Minibar eine Tür macht. Es ist doch recht störend wenn man ins Bett geht und das Licht die ganze Nacht an ist. Sonst sehr zufrieden.

We had a nice weekend getaway, love this hotel. We come at least twice a year. Spa is amazing, Renta did Turkish bath and deep tissue massage. Narti does excellent Turkish bath with massage also. I highly recommend Turkish bath if you visit this hotel. Beach was beautiful as always, swimming in October was a little chilly but not bad at all. I highly recommend this place, so if you go to cesme this is the spot.

Unsafe and Unprofessional
Pros:

During my stay, the hair dryer exploded in my face. If I hadn’t dropped it quickly, I could have been seriously injured or electrocuted. Instead of treating this as a very serious safety issue, the staff completely failed to understand the situation. They even asked me to “send a photo” of the hair dryer, when the hair dryer was still in the room.

Then they asked me and suggested I speak with their “technical manager,” who wasn’t even at the hotel. Honestly, what am I supposed to explain to a technical manager after such a dangerous incident? How lucky I was not to get electrocuted?

And unbelievably, while all this was happening, they were still trying to charge me for a 3-dollar minibar expense.

This was a shocking lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for guest safety. A hotel should always put safety first, but here it was totally ignored.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The amenities are top-notch, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. My son especially loved the water park — it was definitely a highlight of our stay!
Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit everyone in the family. We highly recommend this hotel to other families and are already looking forward to staying here again when we return next summer

Pros:

This hotel is excellent. Well manicured ,well maintained ,very friendly staff, good food and decent music; Only problem I can think of is beach very crowded with small kids which easily can be avoided if you go to the platform part of the beach .
I highly recommend this resort.
As an add on I think Checkout should be at noon.

A very commercial busy hotel . Full of children. It’s a family getaway holiday hotel
If you are looking to disconnect or unwind for a holiday this would not be the place . Staff are friendly though and location is well situated.

The beach is beautiful! We were there around the second week of July and the water was calm, very easy to swim. There are minibuses that stop in front of the hotel that take you to Cesme Center and to Alacati. The grill bar serves wonderful lunch. The breakfast offered so much food and options that it was a little overwhelming, but delicious.

I would happily stay here again.

Kapıdan girdiğimiz andan itibaren personellerin güler yüzü, ilgisi ve titizliği çok iyiydi. Odalarda neredeyse ihtiyacınız olan her şey vardı. Restaurant konusunda diyecek söz yok, akşam yemeğinde aklınıza gelen gelmeyen o kadar çok çeşit var ve hepsi o kadar lezzetli, o kadar kaliteli malzemelerle hazırlanmış ki.. Kahvaltı da akşam yemeğinden aşağı değil. Plaj çok güzel düzenlenmiş ve her sabah özenle kullanıma hazırlanıyor, şezlong sayısı gayet yeterli, temizlik durumu gayet iyi. Masaj bölümünden çok memnun kaldık, personeller çok profesyonel, ellerine sağlık. Otelin genel atmosferi de çok huzur veriyor, peyzaj olsun mimari olsun çok güzel düşünülmüş. Genel puanım 5/5. Eleştirilecek taraflara gelirsek; misafir odaya alınmadan önce odadaki eksikler, bakımlar vs daha dikkatli yapılmalı ve temizlik konusunda biraz daha titiz olunmalı. Plajın ihtiyacı olan şey de kesinlikle müzikti; beş günde bir iki kez müzik duyduk, onu da kısık sesle duyduk. Bu bir olumsuzluk değil ama eksiklik bizce. Bunlar geliştirilirse bizim gözümüzde kusursuza yakın bir otel olacak. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz :)

Our room was great with good amount of sea view. The hotel was clean and compact which is what we needed for our stay. We were also allowed to do the late checkout and it helped us a lot.
