Pros:

L'accueil par Brenda. Très souriante et très efficace malgré un couac au niveau de la résa.. elle s'est efforcée de traduire toutes nos discussions, ne parlant pas du tout italien.
Tout le personnel est très poli, sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Un peu gênant le partage de la salle de bain et toilettes..selon les moments de la journée il y a embouteillages.
Les plats du restaurant sont très bons, mais pas très équilibrés au niveau des quantités.. j'ai pris un poulpe grillé à 25 €. 3 ou 4 tentacules sans accompagnement, alors que la table d'à côté avait des pâtes aux crevettes et c'était très copieux.. dommage, juste une timbale de riz ou des légumes aurait fait la différence.

Cons:

Pas de clim, bruyant, salle de bain pas de fenêtre nous sommes même parti une journée plus tôt car insupportable le bruyant trop chaud je ne ne serai pas contre d'un remboursement d une partie du séjour

Pros:

I stayed just for the night as i needed something during my roadtrip. I checked in late just before closing, everything was good. Free parking is a must for me and it was right in front of the hotel.

Friendly staff and beautiful drive up the mountain. Easy to find. Nice and convenient.
Pros:

It was easy to find the accommodation. Staff were friendly. Restaurant downstairs was easy to access. The drive was beautiful and the scenery a pleasure.
