Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Restaurant im Haus.

Cons:

Die Dusche im EZ war sehr schmutzig, schwarzer Belag am Duschkopf und Schlauch.😒
Es gab keinen Service abends in der Bar. Ich musste uns die Getränke holen und es wurde auch nicht nachgefragt, ob noch etwas gewünscht wird.

Pros:

Un accueil souriant, des explications claires à l'arrivée, une chambre spacieuse et propre donnant sur un environnement verdoyant donc bien calme avec une literie de qualité, un espace de wellness
bien équipé et un buffet de petit déjeuner très bien garni.

Das Personal war höflich

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet lieblos und günstigste Produkte.
Kein Personal in der Bar.
Man fühlte sich nicht wie in einem Wellnesshotel. Keine Spur von Wellness aufgekommen.
Leider kam auch nach mehrmaliger Ansprache bezüglich verschiedener Mängel kein Hausmeisterservice und auch keine Reinigungskraft.

Besonders toll war die Lage des Hotels, und das Personal. Im Restaurant die zwei Mädels haben sich um alles gekümmert und waren stets superfreundlich.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich in meinem Zimmer jede Menge bernsteinschaben. Das ist sicherlich dadurch passiert als das Personal. Das Zimmer lüftete. Da ist zurzeit kälter. wird, zieht es die Viecher leider nach innen. Das hat das Hotel aber nicht zu verantworten, aber vielleicht nach dem lüften nachschauen, ob irgendwelche Schaben ins Zimmer gekommen sind.

Allgemein betrachtet, war es für uns schon gut. Waren nur 3 Tage , um uns mal zu erholen.
Pros:

Frühstück war okay, aber nicht herausragend. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und gut. Sauna etwas zu klein. Kleine Mängel im Wellnesbereich, zBp: Whirlpooldüse defekt, Licht teilweise zu schwach.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre notwendig.

Schöner Aufenthalt für ein Wanderwochenende.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und es man hatte eine schöne Auswahl an Speisen
Der Wellnessbereich war schön und bot viel Abwechslung
Unsere Zimmer waren sehr groß und gut ausgestattet mit gro0em Balkon

Cons:

Badewanne war sehr tief und daher war das Ein- und Aussteigen sehr rutschig. Ein Haltegriff wäre sinnvoll!
In der Nacht gab es einen Feueralarm. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn jemand vom Personal anwesend gewesen wäre. So bekam man keine Auskunft, warum der Feueralarm ausgelöst wurde und ob man zurück in die Zimmer kann.
