Pros:

Die Restaurantmitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich , es gab ausreichend Handtücher, der Pool war klasse

Cons:

Ich hatte völlig andere Vorstellungen von einer Deluxe Familiensuite, das obere Etagenbett hat bei der kleinsten Bewegung so laut geknarrt, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Mein Enkel hat dann bei mir im Doppelbett geschlafen.

Das Saunapersonal war sehr freundlich und uns wurde ein angenehmes Peeling und Gesichts- und Haarmasken angeboten. Die Aufgüsse waren auch sehr toll.

prima verblijf voor een tot enkele nachten, vriendelijk personeel, leuk zwembad
Pros:

leuk zwembad, prettig terras. Aardige en behulpzame bediening. De jongen die smorgens bij vertrek het ontbijt serveerde maakte eerder dan gepland de ontbijtzaal beschikbaar zodat we sneller konden vertrekken. Chapeau voor deze jongeman!

kamer was gedateerd, evenals de badkamer

Cons:

Hygiene was zeer slecht, haren op te kamer en bedden terug te vinden. Ontbijt was ook zeer slecht, koffiezetapparaten waren erg vies met schimmelranden en de tafels stonden vol met gebruikte borden waardoor er geen plek was om te zitten. We hebben zelf onze tafel moeten afruimen en schoonmaken.
Van de 3 geboekten nachten zijn wij eerder vertrokken omdat we niet tevreden waren.

La piscine et la chambre

Cons:

À l arrivée j ai du appelé par téléphone car personne a l accueil ni réception ni restaurant
La piscine était trop chaude
Commande un café en fin de repas attendu 30mn finalement j ai dit que j en veux plus
Restaurant à rafraîchir
Le chemin qui va au jaccuzi n est pas soigne

J'ai aimé la vue sur la forêt noire depuis le jaccuzi et le sauna. Le personnel était très serviable. La literie est bonne.
J'ai aimé son accessibilité depuis Karlsruhe par train.

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré c'est la décoration des chambres pour être plus au gout du jour mais sinon tout était super.
