L’amabilité du personnel et le petit déjeuner très copieux
Le manque de clarté dans les chambres. La piscine moins belle que sur les photos.
Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam . Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. Zeer ruime kamer. Hotel op zich is een beetje oudbollig.

Proximité de la Serra de Estrella, confort, gentillesse du personnel, qualité du petit déjeuner et rapport qualité prix.

Um hotel grande, com decoração rústica.
Camas confortáveis. Tem frigorífico.
A casa de banho tem secador.
Tem cobertores e o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente.
O pequeno-almoço é divinal, tem ovos mexidos, ovos cozidos, ovo estrelado, bacon, cogumelos, bebidas, queijo, fiambre, pão, coraçãs, bolos, fruta .... Variedade de alimentos.
Tem uma piscina interior, pequena, 20 metros. Para alturas de maior afluência, secalhar fica apertado.
A piscina exterior, é cerca de 5 metros, e o espaço é pequeno, e na altura que fomos, como estava frio (10 a 18 graus) não estava aberta.
Tem cadeiras para sentar em volta da piscina.
Tem mesas para jogar xadrez e para jogar snooker. Tem um espaço com brinquedos para os mais pequenos se entreterem.
Fica a 20 minutos da serra da estrela e a 30 minutos do centro da Covilhã, de carro.
Tem muito parque de estacionamento que não se paga.
Pedimos um quarto para 3 pessoas e o segundo espaço tinha uma cama de solteiro, numa divisória que parecia uma varanda e esse espaço não tinha televisão.
Também devia ter algo melhor para impedir a luminosidade logo de manhã, visto que só as cortinas não era suficiente.
Tem poucas tomadas para se puder carregar os dispositivos móveis .

O colchão era muito confortável, o hotel muito sossegado. Tem área de lazer com jogos e bilhar. O pequeno almoço é simplesmente divinal: muito variado, fresco e diversidade fantástica.

My first experience of a ski resort.
The general ambience and creature comfort requirements of a ski resort are vastly different from that of a normal hotel and undoubtedly, in the dead of winter with blazing fires and the atmosphere of a full house of younger guests in party mode, would have amended my opinion of the hotel. Rooms are basic and in no way luxurious.

Poucas comodidades: não haver oferta de uma garrafa de água à chegada ao quarto, produtos para fazer chá ou café, shampoo, creme para o corpo, etc
Jantar no bufê muito bom, carnes ótimas!
Café da manhã excelente !!!
Piso antigo, ainda de pedra ardósia mas creio que faça parte da história do hotel, tradicional!

As frolhas das almofadas tinham pintas pretas. Pedi para trocar e informaram me que é de ir a maquina de secar. Mas o funcionário solucionou o problema arranjou umas sem pintas.
