La mesquinerie de la directrice.
Sachant que pour des raisons personnelles nous avons dû partir un jour plus tôt, aucun crédit sur le compte Booking n'a été accordé et nous avons dû régler un solde de 9 euros.
Excelente localização, conveniente para explorar a Serra da Estrela e zonas envolventes.
Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis, sempre dispostos a ajudar.
Bom pequeno almoço, com variedade e qualidade dos ingredientes.
As camas e as almofadas eram excessivamente duros, podiam ser mais confortáveis.
Em 2 dos 5 dias da estadia foram colocadas no quarto toalhas para 2 pessoas quando o nosso grupo era de 3.
As chaves/cartões do quarto deixavam de funcionar todos os dias, apesar do nosso cuidado em não as colocar junto de telemóveis ou outras fontes de calor/radiação.
No último dia da estadia, os trabalhos de repavimentação da estrada em frente ao hotel impediram o acesso ao parque e a retirada dos veículos sem que os hóspedes tenham sido avisados atempadamente.
Staff service and the location
Localização muito boa. Restaurantes próximos muito bons. Pequeno almoço ótimo. Acesso à piscina e condições muito boas.
O quarto infelizmente não tinha água quente.
Ligamos para a recepção a informar. Foi-nos dito que seria a caldeira desligada e que em 20 minutos já haveria água quente. Nunca houve.
Utilizámos o duche dos balneários da piscina como recurso.
Acredito que tenha sido vez sem exemplo. Não mancha o restante que estava muito bom e foi uma estadia agradável ainda assim

Taking a shower in the open bathtub leaves the bathroom floor all wet and you could feel that the floor beneath the carpet was squeaky and old

A piscina exterior é muito pequena e tem pouca privacidade. Para além disso, é obrigatório usar touca na piscina exterior.
A cama de casal são duas camas de solteiro juntas, cada uma com roupa de cama separadas.
Die Lage mit dem Blick ins Tal und über die Berge war grandios. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr gross und das angebotenen sehr lecker. Ein kleiner Tripp auf den höchsten Berg Portugals (Festland) durfte natürlich nicht fehlen. Mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.
Badekappenpflicht im hauseigenen Schwimmbad und wenn man keine hat, muss man eine kaufen. In den 80er Jahren vielleicht noch normal, aber in der heutigen Zeit sicher nicht. Wir haben das Schwimmbad nicht benutzt.
Gute Lage mit tollen Blick in die Berge, Frühstück war in Ordnung
abgewohntes Hotel, Ausstattung sollte erneuert werden, schöner Pool vorhanden, ist aber ebenfalls sanierungsbedürftig
