Bom hotel. Melhor localização da cidade, vista do quarto e do restaurante de café da manhã é deslumbrante.

The staff was trying their best, and were attentive. The views from the hotel are really beautiful and the restaurant in front od the hotel was good.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below our expectations.
The room felt very outdated, with old furniture and worn carpeting that clearly had not been renovated in MANY years. It lacked the level of comfort and freshness one would expect. The pool was also in poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained.
The meal at the hotel restaurant was acceptable, but nothing memorable. In fact, it did not compare at all to the restaurant located directly across from the hotel, which offered a significantly better dining experience.
Service was another major disappointment. Despite it being high season and the hotel being fully booked, there were clearly not enough staff members on duty. The staff that was there were trying their best but it wasn't just enough people working. This resulted in slow assistance and an overall feeling of disorganization.
Another frustrating issue was the parking situation. The parking area is outdoors, and after snowfall all the cars became stuck. The hotel did not provide any tools or assistance to help guests remove the snow or free their vehicles. We were forced to clear snow with our hands. Fortunately, the staff from Ski Estancia came down with proper equipment and helped us get our cars out, assistance that should have been provided by the hotel. Even with their help, It took us 1 hour to be able to get out with our car and we were not even parked on the worst part.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

Tinha pedido cama de casal, mas não foi efectuado. A piscina estava danificada na parte exterior e entrava frio para dentro e a água estava morna, não se podia estar um pouco fora da piscina devido ao frio. A mesa na sala de jantar, não ficava certa com o chão, e uma das cadeiras também, a solução de calçar a mesa, foi dobrar um guardanapo, na qual não deveria ter sido o cliente a fazê-lo.

A localização é excelente, especialmente para quem como eu intenciona fazer trilhos (ou desporto). O atendimento foi excelente. O pequeno-almoço era variado e bom. O quarto, apesar de um bocadinho antiquado (e com carpete) satisfaz todas as necessidades, e tem um bom aquecimento no inverno.

Achei o restaurante medieval okay e com algumas coisas boas, mas nada ds excepcional (especialmente tendo em conta o preço).

A localização é, sem dúvida, o ponto alto deste hotel. O pequeno-almoço é bom e tem uma variedade aceitável. O staff é simpático e muito prestável.

O hotel precisa de melhorar em vários aspetos. Apesar de ser um hotel de 4 estrelas, não corresponde a essa categoria. Os quartos são antigos e não isolam bem o ruído; a partir das 8/9h começa muito barulho no corredor, tornando impossível dormir.
À chegada, verificamos que havia cabelos e alguns pelos nas almofadas. Além disso, é referido que existem roupões disponíveis, o que não corresponde à realidade- fomos informados de que deixaram de disponibilizá-los por falta de stock.
No geral, o hotel necessita de mais investimento e algumas obras de melhoria.
