Bon hôtel... quand on le trouve !
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, à mi-pente de la Serra da Estrela
Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Je cherchais un hôtel à Covilha ; celui-ci était à 14 km de la ville ! L'adresse devrait être plus précise
La salle de restauration est très bruyante

Os quartos sofrem um pouco com a falta insonorização.
Tive a infelicidade de alguém me riscar o carro no estacionamento ao estacionar a viatura e não existem cameras para perceber quem foi. O prejuízo foi meu ,para um hotel de **** ,esperava mais.

De quando nos viemos embora.

Cons:

Piscina sem condições de higiene e segurança para os hóspedes, supostamente tinha piscina coberta e aquecida e a mesma segue até ao exterior, onde poderíamos estar dentro de água quente com o frio da rua, mas na verdade, na parte exterior tem uma cobertura em que a mesma está a uns meros 60cm da linha de água o que torna uma autêntica estufa e muito mau para pessoas claustrofobicas.
Falta de limpeza na piscina com fezes de animais na cobertura da mesma, com insetos mortos na beira da piscina e ferrugem na estrutura da cobertura em que a mesma vai para a água. Uma falta de limpeza e de segurança enormes.
Não recomendo, não sei como podem deixar um Hotel destes assim ao abandono, sem limpeza nem manutenção.

Pros:

Location was beautiful, especially having approached from the north through the national park. Being off season (end of Sept), it wasn't busy at all. Restaurant server was a gem!

Noite agradável na Serra
Pros:

A localização sem dúvida é o melhor deste alojamento. Desta vez o restaurante buffet não estava aberto mas também é muito bom. O restaurante que nos recomendaram mesmo em frente foi top.
A piscina tinha uma temperatura muito boa, muito quentinha.
O rapaz da recepção foi sempre mt atencioso e simpático.

Cons:

Nunca nos tinha acontecido neste hotel, mas as minhas almofadas cheiravam a sujo, mesmo com fronhas lavadas, as almofadas precisam tbm de ser trocadas ou lavadas. Dormi com uma toalha por cima da fronha.
