Hôtel très bien situé, au coeur de la magnifique Serra da Estrela. Piscine intérieure chauffée. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et savoureux. Personnel de qualité.

Cons:

Chambre un peu fraîche sans pouvoir augmenter la température. Superficie un peu petite.

Najwiekszy plus za lokalizacje, na szczycie góry, duży parking i widoki.

Cons:

Restauracja bardzo droga i mizerny wybór z 3 dań. Hotel stary, bardzo słychać sąsiadów i wszystko na korytarzu. 4 gwiazdki to bardzo duża przesada. Recepcja nieuprzejma i całkowicie obojętna. Napewno tam nie wrócimy. Nie polecam

Uma estadia agradável
Pros:

Piscina aquecida com temperatura perfeita. Funcionários simpáticos, pequeno almoço variado, próximo de restaurantes, etc...

Cons:

Ficam apenas algumas críticas construtivas: na piscina, na zona coberta mais baixa, existia uma cobertura partida. Acredito que a substituição de uma simples chapa de acrílico não seja um investimento assim tão elevado para um hotel de 4☆. Também notei que a limpeza em algumas zonas da borda da piscina poderia estar melhor.
No geral, o hotel necessita de alguma atenção e pequenas melhorias, mas, ainda assim, tivemos uma ótima estadia. Destaco também a simpatia da equipa, que conseguiu fazer um upgrade do quarto, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Una decepción
Pros:

El aparcamiento es muy amplio, y sobre todo la ubicación es perfecta para ir a la montaña o montar en bici.

Cons:

La verdad que nos esperamos mucho más de este hotel. Fue una decepción.
La ubicación es ideal si vas a la montaña, pero el hotel deja mucho que desear.
Las habitaciones y el baño son muy muy antiguos y muy básicos. La limpieza sin más.
El desayuno, nada que destacar, muy normal.
Y la piscina la verdad que estaba muy sucia. El fondo era entre amarillo y verde, cuando debía de ser azul. La verdad que daba un poco de cosa bañarse.
Para el precio y las estrellas que tiene, desde luego que no está a la altura.
