Hotel incrivel e atendimento diferenciado

Hotel excelente. Jantar com menu completo e serviço exemplar. O melhor serviço de atendimento dos funcionarios tanto portugueses como brasileiros que obtive ate agora nos 15 dias que estou em Portugal, um exemplo. Quarto muito bom, confortavel. Proximo ao complexo de treinamento aberto ao publico. Café da manhã encantador e farto. Ambientes variados: piscina externa propicia para refrescar durante a manhã ao sol e piscina interna aquecida levemente para relaxar no fim de tarde. Estacionamento gratuito e facil. Facil acesso a cidades turisticas proximas: Piodao, estrada N338, Manteigas e Belmonte.

Cons:

Achei desnecessario a cobrança de 4 EUR pelas tocas de banho na piscina interna. Assim como o roupão poderiam ser emprestados como cortesia.

Foi agradável.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço tinha alguma variedade.
Gostei da piscina exterior, tinha alguma vegetação o que fazia com que se tornasse privada.
Os quartos eram confortáveis e tinha uma bonita decoração.

Cons:

A localização em si, pensei que fosse melhor. O facto de ser dentro da cidade não é bem o que estava a espera, pensei que fosse fora e que tivesse uma paisagem diferente.
Em termos da piscina interior achei que ficou muito aquém, o não ter nada de especial era apenas uma piscina normal, sendo Spa podia ter uma piscina interior melhor.

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

In Portugal trägt man in den Innenpools immer Badekappen, finden wir unnötig

HOTEL ESTUPENDO, CON MUCHO ENCANTO
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que repetimos en el hotel, y si antes nos ha gustado esta vez ha superado nuestras expectativas. Todo muy limpio, empezando por la habitación y terminando por las instalaciones: piscina, spa, restaurante... La comida del restaurante es muy buena y variada, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el hotel, pero está vez el restaurante con la cena buffet nos ha sorprendido para bien. Personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Estancia estupenda, incluso mejor que la primera vez!
