Sehr nettes Hotel im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist sichtlich um den Gast bemüht.
Danke für die Kamelientourinfo!
Sehr schönes, geräumiges, ruhiges Einzelzimmer.
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut bestückt, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Un fine settimana gradevole in una buona struttura in pieno centro , in una splendida Lucca

La posizione dell'albergo in pieno centro è stata ottimale per raggiungere le chiese,i musei e i servizi.La colazione nel complesso è risultata buona con una discreta varietà.La camera matrimoniale è stata di mio gradimento,arredata con gusto e con un bagno con tutte le comodità.Ho apprezzato la pulizia nella camera e nell'albergo. L'hotel è nella norma (un pò datato), la posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare il centro. Il parcheggio c'è ma costa 25 euro a notte, il che è particolarmente costoso (tra l'altr la nostra macchina è stata tenuta fuori perchè non ci stava) ma arrivare fino in centro storico in macchina avendo bambini piccoli è stato una comodità. Pulizia un pò discutibile (molti angoli polverosi) e colazione che non sorprende: c'era un pò di tutti ma niente prodotti locali o cura particolare nella presentazione. Comunque come rapporto qualità prezzo, giusto.

Posizione centralissima accanto alla piazza anfiteatro nel centro storico di Lucca
Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella suite e l’arredo era magnifico. Soffitto decorato che sembrava di essere in un museo.
Camera molto ampia.
In bagno era presente idromassaggio
Staff molto gentile e disponibile, sempre sorridenti e cordiali
