Pros:

Дуже великий номер. Інтерʼєр прям ніби я в замку, дуже висока стеля. Персонал дуже привітний і приємний. В самому центрі. Багато каналів по ТВ, наприклад можна подивитись Формулу 1.

Cons:

Дивнувато правило: коли виходиш треба лишати ключі від номеру на рецепції. Капець немає, вода лише платна.

Perfetto per me.
Pros:

Comodissima la posizione in centro, in un luogo pieno di persone a qualsiasi ora e reception aperta h.24. Questo mi ha donato sicurezza, viaggiando da sola. Hotel molto carino, silenzioso (la mia stanza ridava su un cortile interno) e con tutto il necessario. Staff gentilissimo. Sono stata molto bene. Grazie ❤️🙏

hotel perfetto per visitare Lucca
Pros:

posizione meravigliosa in pieno centro vicino alla piazza anfiteatro

Cons:

la nostra camera era un po’ datata ma comunque ok. siamo stati durante il lucca summer festival e purtroppo l’abbiamo pagata eccessivamente

Lovely hotel full of character
Pros:

Lovely hotel, amazing and huge room with frescoed ceiling! Perfect location and staff were so helpful, recommended local restaurant for lunch which was delicious and happy to help with all queries. There is no lift but staff happy to help by carrying our case to and from the room.

Cons:

Nothing really. If being picky there were a few parts of the room and bathroom which looked a bit tired but in the context of the age of the building and overall experience it really didn't matter.
