Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien décoré, la chambre était propre, agréable et spacieuse, café et thé a disposition. Literie impeccable et vraiment très confortable. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. Coffre-fort. Petit frigo. La terrasse. Bon petit-déjeuner. Au bord du lac.

Cons:

J'ai trouvé dommage que le personnel ne me donne que peu d'informations au sujet de l'hôtel. J'ai dû scanner un code barre dans la chambre pour connaitre les horaires du petit-déjeuner et j'ai dû partir à la recherche de la bouilloire et la machine à café qui finalement ne se trouvaient pas loin de la chambre. Ces infos auraient pu être transmises par le personnel. Notre chambre se situait au rez-de-chaussée, avec pour vue le chantier du pavillon lacustre et le passage couvert qui amène aux chambres : La vue n'était donc pas très sympa et comme les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées, nous entendions distinctement toutes les discussions des personnes qui passaient devant la chambre. De plus, le soir il était absolument nécessaire de fermer les rideaux car les clients qui entraient avaient une vue directe dans notre chambre. Heureusement nous étions en février donc l'endroit était assez calme. Le parking est payant 15.-/nuit.

Pros:

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem schönen Hotel direkt am Murtensee sehr genossen. Die Altstadt von Murten ist bequem in einer Viertelstunde zu Fuss erreichbar.

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich unmittelbar am Murtensee, ein Spaziergang in die Altstadt dauert 5 Minuten.
Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich, das Käseangebot ist regional und sehr fein. Eierspeisen werden frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet. Kein Ei aus der Tüte. Es gab ein wenig Obst, aber gar kein Gemüse. Auch ein Birchermüesli sollte in einem Hotel in der Schweiz schon angeboten werden.

Dennoch waren wir schon zum 4.Mal dort.

Parfait
Pros:

L’emplacement , la gentillesse du personnel , les petites attentions pour les enfants , mes enfants ont pu faire des coloriages qu’une gentille dame leur avaient emmener pendant que je terminais mon petit déjeuner.
Les chambres très cosy avec la terrasse , le calme, la proximité avec le centre ville ( 10 min)

Cons:

Les oreillers un peu mou mais c’est très personnel , les places de parking payantes. Tout le reste était parfait .

Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Kurztrip zum Lichterfest in Murten - zuvorkommend betreut & mit direktem

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Frühstück frisch & vielfältig.
Das Personal durchwegs freundich & zuvorkommend.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Danke!

Cons:

Einzig die Duvet & Kissen fand ich nicht übermässig bequem, habe teilwiese geschwitzt darin.
Aber das ist ja auch Geschmacksache- bin mir eben Daunen gewöhnt & das wäre wohl unpraktisch für ein Hotel...

Tolle Lage direkt am See mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war einem 3-Sterne Haus angemessen.

Zimmer könnten etwas grösser sein.
