Sehr schöne Lage.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation war schwierig, aber das Hotel bemühte sich - trotz voll besetztem Parkplatz - uns ein Plätzchen zuzuweisen, bis ein anderer Parkplatz frei wurde.

Meine zwei Kinder und ich waren sehr glücklich und konnten es in vollen Zügen geniessen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Direkt am See und in 15 min zu Fuss in der Altstadt.
Das Frühstück war super frisch und wurde zum Teil serviert. ( Eierspeisen und Café )
Es war super sauber und im Zimmer war alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider hatte es keine Sonnenschirme beim Pavillon aber wer rechnet im April mit bereits 25 Grad.

Wirklich alles! Wir bringen unsre Gäste immer gerne in diesem Hotel unter; alle sind immer sehr angetan von der Lage am See, der Freundlichkeit des Personals und vom Beach House!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war diesmal, dass wir (nur) das kleinste Gartenzimmer bekommen haben, das von Grösse und Bad-Ausstattung nicht mit dem mithalten konnte, das wir letztes Jahr für unsre Gäste bei gleicher Buchung & ebenfalls 3 Personen bekommen hatten.

Frühstück und Lage okay

Cons:

Kleenex-Box im Badezimmer war praktisch leer. Brausekopf der Dusche stark verkalkt.
Der zum Essen bestellte Wein wurde erst gebracht, nachdem das Essen schon eine Weile vor uns stand
Auf die bestellten Desserts warteten wir fast dreiviertel Stunden; meine zwei bestellten Kugeln Mocca-Glace wurden in zwei Etappen geliefert und die Moccaglace hatte überhaupt keinen Mocca-Geschmack

Bien à part quelques inconvénients
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre (seulement dans la salle de bain) et il faisait froid.
Quid de la climatisation en été?

Première nuit très bruyante car il y avait une soirée privée pour fêter carnaval avec un Guggenmusik et notre fille de 8 ans n’arrivait pas à dormir. Nous n’avions pas été avertis de cela lors de la réservation, sinon nous aurions choisi un autre hôtel.
