Pros:

The apartment was very beautiful and had a parking lot. On the “ground floor” there were also tables and chairs to sit and have some coffee in the morning.

Cons:

That it had airconditioning but didn’t work, and for three rooms there were three fans that weren’t enough for July.

Cons:

Équipement pas confortable, pas de serviettes de bain, malgré le prix assez éxcésif.
Toujours devoir fermer les tentures, car beaucoup de passages devant la fenêtre.

Parcheggio confermato ma inesistente, svegliati dal campanello

Struttura discreta, ma esperienza purtroppo rovinata dalla gestione completamente caotica del parcheggio.

Avevamo richiesto e ricevuto conferma per due posti auto nel parcheggio interno privato prima dell’arrivo. Una volta arrivati, però, il personale non sembrava nemmeno essere al corrente della prenotazione e la situazione all’interno della corte era totalmente disorganizzata, con auto parcheggiate ovunque e su più file.

Siamo stati costretti a lasciare le macchine in una posizione problematica perché i posti che ci erano stati confermati non erano realmente disponibili.

La parte peggiore è arrivata la mattina seguente, quando siamo stati letteralmente buttati giù dal letto dal campanello perché dovevamo correre a spostare le auto. Considerando che avevamo prenotato anche per poter riposare dopo un lungo viaggio di lavoro, è stata una situazione davvero spiacevole e poco professionale.

Il problema non è il singolo inconveniente, ma il fatto che un servizio confermato dalla struttura non sia stato minimamente gestito in modo serio.

Soddisfacente.
Pros:

Corte Milanese : non so quanto antica, ma tipica e con splendidi gelsomini alti come gli interni a due piani......ad adornare i muri. Se riesci ad avere lo sguardo selettivo,, NOVATE conserva squarci di urbanistica passata , dove puoi intravedere quel paesaggio andato e ormai snaturato, da una scriteriata crescita edilizia.

Cons:

Per certo hanno problemi a gestire i posti auto interni.......: dovrebbero limitare le presenze al nr. effettivo di mezzi che il piccolo cortile può ospitare. Diversamente - e on line è relativamente chiaro - si creano problemi evitabili.
