Espaço piscina e corredores muito pouco cuidados
Charming and excellent location
Lovely hotel with extremely friendly helpful staff. I don't often say this, but they really made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. From ordering taxi, to letting us start breakfast early. Really lovely. Room was great and contained a fridge. Courtyard was well done and I imagine in summer a lovely oasis from the city. Fantastic location. Really good breakfast. Coffee available in foyer 24/7. The hotel felt very personal.
Really call think, and only as I am a tea addict - there was a coffee maker in the room, but no kettle.
Emplacement idéal juste à côté de l’Alcazar et à quelques rues de la Cathédrale. Chambre calme car avec 2 fenêtres double-vitrage l’une derrière l’autre. Literie de qualité. Bon petit déjeuner avec jus d’orange frais dans un petit patio joliment décoré. Personnel très serviable. L’été, le patio a l’arrière de l’hôtel doit être très agréable et frais. Globalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
La salle de bain de notre chambre aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement (néon rouillé, rideau de douche daté, porte-serviette cassé, joint de lavabo noirci), pas d’un niveau 4* selon nous (d’ailleurs l’étiquette collée au dessus des toilettes indique « Hotel El Rey Moro *** » et n’a pas été mise à jour après l’obtention de leur 4eme étoile…)
Lived the attention to detail, very attentive staff, great junior suite with jacuzzi. Very nice toiletries.
Parking was a pain.
Having travelled a bit througout Europe and most recently in Spain (Malaga and Barcelona), this was by far the best hotel experience ever!! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out everything was perfect. The room was spectacular and we were welcomed with heart shaped balloons and an "I love you" ballon sculpture as well. The linens and towels were top of the line as were the amenities.
The housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate and even restocked the coffee pods to the type we requested. Fresh water in the room, a jacuzzi and large screen TV with strong internet were nice additions. And...
The food was spectacular in the restaurant, including the complimentary breakfast. The gentlemen at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Cab requests and restaurant recommendations were handled very professionally and they even came to our room to show us how to adjust the heat.
Everyone in the hotel always had a smile which usually indicates a happy saff being treated well. Compliments to the management.
Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss sehr bequem erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Das Frühstück ist super. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Palazzo mit einem schönen schattigen Innenhof
