Una vuelta al pasado y un presente magnífico.
Pros:

La ubicación,el aspecto general de la habitación,la casa muy señorial y llena de historia y vida, el personal de recepción y el regalo de despedida: botellines de agua y una quesada. Graciñas

Cons:

Algunos detalles del cuarto de baños: no había donde colgar las toallas de manos, ubicación del inodoro, el lavabo no colaba bien. Sonaba mucho el suelo de la habitación.

We loved Hotel Casa del Marques! Everything about it is beautiful. We especially like the 2 lovely women called Eva on the reception desk, but everyone at the hotel was excellent. We would love to return one day.

Una experiencia exquisita . Vivir cinco siglos atrás pero con el confort de hoy . Un verdadero cinco estrellas boutique construido en una casona historia que hace soñar como escenografía preparada por Disney pero con toques del más alto nivel de hotelería en plena Santillana .

Pros:

Desayuno excelente, atención extraordinaria

Cons:

Pasamos un poco de frío, el aire lo controlan desde recepción y tuvimos que bajar a decir que hacia frío.
El somier de la cama del niño era más pequeño que el colchón.

Hotel itself,garden,rooms,decoration

Cons:

the doorman is a little tricky.Don’t help for suitcases,there was no standart about tapas type dining.We paid full price but jamon iberica was about only 50gr.
Breakfast could be better for 5 star hotel.

Lindo hotel, perfecto para conocer Santillana del Mar caminando
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, edificio antiguo muy bien remodelado conservando el estilo del pueblo.
