Ho prenotato una camera per tre, il bambino sotto i 12 anni me lo dava gratuitamente, invece quando sono arrivata in struttura mi hanno detto che mio figlio era troppo grande (ha 11 anni) e che non poteva assolutamente dormire con noi nel letto. Ho spiegato che avevo prenotato per tre e che se mio figlio dormiva con noi, per noi non era un problema, ma non c'è stato verso. Il mio compagno non è potuto restare con noi e io ho dormito sola con mio figlio. Ora, se io metto nella prenotazione un bambino e mi dà la possibilità di farlo soggiornare gratuitamente nel mio letto, dove sta il problema se mio figlio a 11 anni è alto e sembra più grande? Saranno problemi miei se decidiamo che dorme con noi? Mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto avvisarli che avevo un bambino di 11 anni..... E così il mio compagno è dovuto tornare a casa sua ...

Hotel in posizione eccellente nel centro di Cagliari e vicino alle vie principali ed ai luoghi di interesse. Comodo per uscire ed andare a cena o fare shopping. La via dove si trova è silenziosa

Cons:

Camera che necessità di essere rinnovata, mobili vecchi e doccia piccolissima. Le finestre della camera di aprivano su di un cortile interno molto piccolo e angusto, con poca luce e privacy. Il materasso del letto era comunque molto comodo (letto singolo). Colazione ridotta ai minimi termini ma è costata molto poco.

Good location, terrible old mattress in bed.
Pros:

The staff and location excellent. it was very close to piazza Yenne and lots of bars and good restaurants. The hotel is very close to the train station and that was really convenient. When I had a problem the hotel desk immediately took care of it.

Cons:

Photos do not match how old this place is, the beds and mattreses were terrible. I could not rest because the springs hurt my in my back all time. The internet got disconnect and the shower was broken, I had to ask hotel reception to fix it.
