Great place!
Pros:

Everything was amazing! Comfy, classy, clean, courteous, nice, friendly. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of hot and cold foods. We ate at the restaurant which is pricey but delicious.

Cons:

Sometimes parking was difficult but they always found me a spot.

Posizione comoda alle principali arterie della città per muoversi senza attraversare il traffico del centro.

Servizio, staff e struttura assolutamente NON adeguati ad un hotel 4 stelle.
Lo staff che rifaceva le camere era scortese e per due mattine di seguito ci è entrato in camera alle 9 di mattina anche se fuori avevamo affisso il cartello “non disturbare”.
Il personale della colazione non si è preoccupato di fornire adeguate opzioni senza glutine alla mia compagna che è celiaca (nonostante avessi segnalato la cosa in fase di prenotazione della struttura e anche al check-in); inoltre le stesse persone delle staff ci hanno risposto scocciate di apparecchiarci da soli il tavolo per la colazione.
Sul sito viene sponsorizzato ampio parcheggio privato gratuito ma in realtà il posto auto non era garantito per ogni ospite perché c’erano pochissimi parcheggi a disposizione.
Isolamento acustico della struttura pessimo: le porte delle camere non schermavano il rumore proveniente dal corridoio e dall’ascensore e non si riusciva a dormire.

Los colchones muy incómodos. No ofrecen amenities para todas las habitaciones solamente ponen en algunas habitaciones aunque el precio es el mismo.

Huone oli siisti ja hotellin ravintola erinomainen. Lentokentälle oli lyhyt matka autolla.

Cons:

Käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen hyvin. Suihkusta puuttui käsisuihku joten peseytyminen oli hieman haastavaa jos ei halunnut kastella päätään.

Ci è piaciuto lo stile sobrio ma confortevole, la pulizia, i letti comodi e soprattutto il personale, cortese, molto professionale e nello stesso tempo cordiale. Colazione 10!/

Se proprio dobbiamo suggerire un miglioramento si potrebbe usare anticalcare sui rubinetti e forse la dimensione della doccia è un po' rudotta
