Friendly staff, convenient location -- great choice for a comfortable budget stay.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Excellent location very close to the beautiful old town, and to a metro station (and only 2 short stops from central station). Quiet and clean.

Cons:

Due to the location close to a station and some bars and restaurants, there can be noise on the street during the night (not from cars, but from people talking loudly). Of course, this is not the hotel's fault. Sensitive sleepers should, however, take earplugs just in case.

Cons:

N’était pas représentatif des photos que nous avions vu sur internet. La salle de bain commune avait une odeur d’urine et nos draps étaient pleins de poils d’animaux. La personnel nous a dit ne rien pouvoir faire.

Preiswerte Unterkunft mit guter Lage und OK-Ausstattung
Pros:

Wir, 2 Freunde, haben hier 2 Nächte übernachtet, um uns Lausanne auf der Durchreise anzusehen.

Der Check-In verlief problemlos und zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit, bis dahin durften wir kostenlos unser Gepäck in der Rezeption lagern. Auch der Check Out verlief entspannt und alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kostenlosen Tickets für den ÖPNV wurden uns schnell zugesandt.

Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne WC und Dusche gebucht, diese waren über den Flur zugänglich und von beidem gab es jeweils nur eins für alle Apartments auf der Etage. Da einige Apartments allerdings selbst über Bäder verfügen, kamen wir uns wenig mit anderen in die Quere. WC und Dusche waren relativ eng, aber ausreichend. Das Selbe trifft aufs Zimmer zu, kein Luxus, aber den haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Neben einem Fernseher verfügte das Zimmer auch über eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, welche täglich nachgefüllt wurden, sowie ein Waschbecken. Die Matzratze vom Bett war leider sehr hart und daher etwas unbequem.

Die Lage zur Stadt war super und wurde dadurch, dass man den ÖPNV kostenlos nutzen durfte, noch verbessert.

Fazit: Erschwingliche Unterkunft mit guter Lage und guter Ausstattung für den Preis. Ich würde wiederkommen!
