Super Lage mit guter Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal dort. Als Familie mit Kindern war es sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Rundherum finden sich viele Restaurants und Souvenir-Läden. Wir hatten ein schönes geräumiges Zimmer, wo sogar mehrere Koffer und der Kinderwagen problemlos Platz hatten. Preis-Leistung ist auf jeden Fall top.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte besser sein, war aber auch nicht schlecht.

Отель находится в центре старого города,возле церкви Святого Лазаря,все в пешей доступности,рестораны,море,сувенирные магазины.Отель очень чистый,удобный номер,балкон,в номере чайник,кофе,сахар,уборка каждый день.Завтрак средний,но голодным никто не уходит,всем все хватает,сытно и вкусно.Мы остались довольны,следующий приезд в Ларнаку,только в этот отель

Тараканы в номере огромные , вся мебель старая , белье уже пора выбросить . На завтрак можно не ходить , сразу в кафе на улицу чтобы не растраиваться .

Disappointing stay and very poor value for money

Cons:

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Although I booked a twin room several months in advance, I was given a triple room on the second floor instead. When I questioned this, the receptionist initially insisted that it was the room I had booked until I showed my confirmation. I was told it was the only room available, and even when I offered to pay extra for an alternative, no adequate solution was provided.

The room was old, poorly equipped, and not properly cleaned. There was dust throughout the room, which made the overall condition even more disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the TV was very small. The hairdryer was broken in half and held together with tape. When we reported it to reception, we were simply told to unplug it and put it in a drawer rather than being offered a replacement.

Another issue was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from the surrounding area could be heard in the room until around 1–2 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. I understand that the hotel is located in a lively area, and I have nothing against people enjoying their evenings. However, better soundproofing would significantly improve the comfort of guests staying at the hotel.

Overall, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the lack of sound insulation, and the lack of appropriate solutions when we raised issues with the staff. Considering the price of over €100 per night, I expected a much better standard of accommodation and customer service. Unfortunately, the experience did not offer good value for money.
