Manhattan Hotel Brussels

Un Hotel pareil ne doit pas figurer dans la plaque forme de l’application.

Un hôtel horrible, très sale, très ancien, très mal équipé, pas d'équipement de sécurité.
Il y a eu un incendie hier le 02/11/2024,on était obligé de quitter l'hôtel. On demande un remboursement intégral de notre séjour. Vous devez ne plus mettre cet hôtel sur votre site, plusieurs fois on a réservé sur hôtel. Com, cette fois on a le sentiment d'être trahi, très déçu, ce genre d'hôtels nuit à votre réputation.

La habitación no estaba nada limpia y había pelos en el desagüe.

Lokation var super, men der står hos hotels at parkering er tilgængelig, det passer ikke, vi skulle parkere flere gader derfra. Da vi kommer op på værelset uden at ha modtaget nogen form for info om noget som helst kan vi lugte at det er slemt, der er fugtigt, dørene lukkede ikke til, tæpperne var slidt tynde, og de kunne ikke gøres rene længere. 1 stik var der i hele lejligheden til opladning af div. Badeværelset var så slidt, at klinkerne sad løse. Der var ikke ophæng til bruser, toilettet var flækket, brættet var ødelagt. Det værste var dog alle væggelus, det har resulteret i at alt vores tøj og vi selv ligner noget der løgn pga det, så vores resterende rejse er lidt ødelagt pga det. Morgenmaden på hotellet var toast der var hentet hjem og 1 stk pålæg og så noget toastost vi ku få.
Det er en skændsel at de overhovedet kan få lov at drive hotel, det var direkte sundhedskadeligt der.

This place is a very old city hotel; it is in a great location; but definitely could use some upgrades. Some areas of the carpet did not even have color left . No WiFi in the room

This is the most disturbing place I’ve ever been. Straight out of a horror movie. It is not a hotel, it is an extremely old hostel. There were homeless people in what they called a lobby. The lift was terrifying. We went to the room, opened the door, and immediately turned around and left. The place is filthy, full of bugs, smelled of cigarettes, and the front desk man was very unfriendly. I called the service that I booked it through, and told them that they need to remove it from their agency. I cant say enough negative things about this place. Stay away. 😳😟🤮

How can you send us ro such dirty , filthy and horrible haunted house with small children.
It is scary, not decent, the smoke of cigarette everywhere, and many many...
I demand a refund for we did not sleep there but sat the whole night watching.

I only like the fact that there is a mall

The most terrible place i have ever been, dirty everywhere , bugs everywhere . The elevator was a nightmare , staff not friendly . Breakfast was only bread salami and a small piece of chesse . Disscusting . OMG WHERE DID I GO. If you reserve for your vacations please do yourself a favour by canceling it and you will thank me later .

O hotel é perto do centro e é possível realizar turismo a pé. A rua do hotel é um pouco perigosa. O hotel estava limpo, é apenas muito decadente e antigo, por isto toda a estrutura é velha e tem cheiro de mofo.

El hotel es bonito, pero le falta mantenimiento, es muy buena ubicación para llegar caminando a lugares principales. Las camas si dejan algo que desear, pero para mochileros está bien.

We had to stay in the middle of the night so we wouldn't have to stay at the airport that day. The man gave us the 8th floor. Guys, we couldn't sleep because of the musty smell, we got sick the next day. As you can see, 85 euros were wasted..

This is a property Expedia and other websites should drop! Carpet: 1950's, worn through, Mattress early 1990's, curtains don't look like they have been washed since smoking in rooms was still legal. We were one of the several people at the front desk cancelling our second night. We made it through one with lots of antihistamines. I feel sorry for the old people who still try to run it as if it is worth staying in. It needs a major overhaul to ever be a decent hotel again. The picture must be of a room they dressed up for pictures. No parking, they didn't care what their description said. You would not want to park there if you could, you would probably find a homeless person sleeping in it in the morning. Breakfast was factory bread with cheap cuts of meat and processed cheese. A very sad place in a very sad state in an overall pretty good location.

Central beliggenhed. Venlig betjening. Fremstår slidt. Varmen ikke tændt på værelset ved ankomst. Morgenmaden er toast med pålæg, juice og kaffe/te - ikke andet.

How to sum up my stay here? NIGHTMARE.

We all know the continent has a bedbug problem at the moment. However, I wasn't expecting to be met with anger and complete flippancy when I requested a new room when I discovered mine was infested.

Where to begin.... the whole place smells like mould. The rooms were FILTHY. Carpet stained, someone punched a hole in the bathroom door, instead of duvets they have brown blankets that look and smell like they've never been washed.

When I asked for a new room, the staff were incredibly rude. They spoke to me as if I had kidnapped their families for ransom. They gave me a key for a new room *without checking it for bedbugs first*. When I went in, I pulled back the sheet and discovered stains and a couple of live bugs. I told the staff, and the old woman working there asked me to show her, so I brought her to the room and showed her. She picked up the bug that was still crawling on the sheet and said "it's all good now" over and over. I feel she was trying to use our language barrier to her advantage. I have moderate French, and the person I was travelling with is fluent. I used a translation app and spoke to the staff in french, but they made no effort to respond.

The man at the reception just shrugged when I told him there were bedbugs in our new room. When I asked for a refund things got hairy. The man and woman spoke to each other in French angrily. The man typed something into his card machine and told me to put the card I paid with in, which I did, but the refund wouldn't work. After trying twice more, I gave him my IBAN and asked him to transfer me the money. He was very annoyed that I'd done that - I suspect he wanted me to walk away with nothing.

To top it off, when I went to change clothes before leaving (the advice is to leave clothes exposed to bedbugs behind) a woman knocked on the door and told me to hurry up.

Avoid this place like the plague. You could get the same experience sleeping in a dumpster, but it would probably be cleaner, and you wouldn't have to deal with rude staff.

A truly horrible introduction to a beautiful, vibrant city.

Dårlig og uhygiejnisk værelse. Der var madrester fra andre besøgende under sengen. Tappeterne hængede ned, huller i døren til badeværelset. Der var mug og snavs i hjørnerne på badeværelset.

The hotel is old and very worn out. And it has bed bugs which I got with me home. The breakfast was terrible with only sandwich bread and cheese in plastic. Everything smelled old and the room I had was with window to a shaft with many noices from other guests that snored and coughed.
