Ubicación. Amabilidad de Srta Linda de la recepción.
Amable y competente

Cons:

Tuvimos que soportar que nuestro automóvil quedase bloqueado 10 hs dentro del estacionamiento. No trajeron técnico sino casi a la noche. Nosotros también quedamos encerrados en el estacionamiento por casi una hora hasta que una persona que pasaba por alli pudo hablar con gente del hotel.
En la zona hay problemas con Internet.
Se arruino nuestro día de paseo porque no se ocuparon de arreglar el portón

Hotel godny polecenia!
Pros:

Wygodny hotel w centrum miasta a cicho. Blisko do zamków na górze. Miła obsługa, blisko parking i dwie fajnie restauracje. Wszystko nam się podobało. Nie mieliśmy, niestety, czasu skorzystać ze strefy SPA.

Great location next to bus station and within a short walk to the old town, nice staff, fairly basic room but has all the important things. Overall very good value for money.

Pros:

Good, peaceful location near history centre. Amazing breakfast with variety of fresh food and drinks. High level of hospitality. Receptionist was always available for all questions and very kind.

Notlösung
Pros:

Nur als Notlösung gebucht, da wegen einer Veranstaltung alle anderen Hotels belegt waren.

Cons:

Eine absolute Zumutung für uns als Gruppe (3 Zimmer gebucht). Wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen: In den Zimmern herrschten 24,7 Grad, die sich nicht regeln ließen. Öffnete man die Balkontüren, war es wegen des direkten Straßenlärms viel zu laut. Die angeblichen 3 Sterne sind ein Witz – die Einrichtung ist auf dem Stand der 80er Jahre, der Balkon schmutzig und ungepflegt. Dass das Temperaturproblem laut anderen Bewertungen seit Langem bekannt ist und ignoriert wird, ist inakzeptabel. Preis-Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel Joli e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva.
La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: si trova in pieno centro, a soli 200 metri dal centro storico e dalla Porta San Francesco, il che permette di muoversi comodamente a piedi e vivere appieno l’atmosfera della città.
La mia camera, una superior con vista montagna, offriva un panorama spettacolare, con tramonti davvero mozzafiato che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.
Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, gentile e accogliente, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità.
La colazione è stata eccellente: ricca, varia e sempre ben rifornita, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi.
Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca comodità, panorama e un’accoglienza calorosa nel cuore di San Marino
