Gute Lage und Service, kleines Privathotel mit einem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis das noch okay ist. Der sollte es buchen

Die Lage ist für Ausflüge hervorragend. Der Service der Mitarbeitenden ist sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück und das Servicepersonal der Küche,Immer freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert

Wenn ich wieder nach Potsdam komme, werde ich wieder hier buchen.
Pros:

Uns hat die Lage etwas erhöht über Potsdam außerordentlich gut gefallen, die Nähe zum Park Sansoucci, die Außenanlagen des Hotels selbst, obwohl wir sie zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht mehr wirklich nutzen konnten, sind vielgestalt und schön gepflegt, Das Interieur hat eine sehr angenehme leichte Verspieltheit und ist auf angenehme Art gar nicht langweilig.
Mir persönlich hat das kleine Gemüsebeet neben dem Frühstücksplatz außen gefallen, es hätte dem alten Fritz auch zugesagt.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Mein Mann ist Montag vor 8 h aus dem Haus, um die Parkuhr zu füttern

Wie zoals wij tuk is op een verblijf in een fin de siècle-buurt zit hier op zijn plaats
Pros:

Ideale ligging in fraaie buurt voor bezoek aan Potsdam en een dagje Berlijn. We kregen spontaan vrijkaarten openbaar vervoer voor de duur van ons verblijf. Rustig hotel zonder lawaaierige feestneuzen. Prachtige ruime kamer maar enkel bereikbaar via steile klim op buitentrap.

Cons:

We boekten omdat er melding werd gemaakt van parkeerfaciliteit. Meteen daarna een koude douche in de mailbox: parkeerplaats bleek niet reserveerbaar. Bij aankomst stond alles bomvol. Omdat we geen zin hadden in straatparkeren een heel debat moeten voeren met de receptioniste. Uiteindelijk kregen we toch een plek in een afgesloten gedeelte.

Buitenkant mooi , binnenkant vreselijk

Dames bij de receptie zeer onvriendelijk en slechte kamer voor 4 sterren .
Toilet spoelde niet door , matrassen doorgezakt, geen nachtkastjes om je telefoon of bril neer te leggen. En ONS terras is achteraf een algemene doorgang naar andere kamers

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen ruhigen Viertel. Fußläufig ist von dort alles prima zu erreichen. Ein Bus fährt alle 20 min pünktlich.

Exklusive Villa nahe dem Schlosspark Sanssouci
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Villenviertel von Potsdam. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ist einem Park ähnlich. Das Zentrum von Potsdam kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die Villa Monte Vino ist hochwertig im alten Stil eingerichtet und hat eine exklusive Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Leider hat das Haus keinen Lift, so dass wir einige Mühe hatten, unser schweres Gepäck in den zweiten Stock zu bringen. Wir hatten dafür Verständnis, weil ein Lift nicht so recht zum Stil der alten Villa passen würde.

Comfortable and attractive, magnificent breakfast
Pros:

This a most picturesque property in its own ( beautifully kept) gardens with pergolas and mature trees, great views and areas to sit and enjoy them.
It is in a very quiet up market residential area, cobbled streets and lots of trees.
My room was clean and comfortable, and well provided with small enhancements to help me enjoy my stay. Great sauna! But don't pay the Pfand if you've handed it back, as I did.

Cons:

I don't think much of the TV stations but I might have just chosen poorly. Also the room was overheated although the thermostats were set right down. And the instant coffee, although thoughtful, was tasteless and horrible. The tea wasn't much better.
