Очень уютный отель. Прекрасное, атмосферное место. Кто шары хочет увидеть - отлично их видно. Приложу фото сделанное на территории отеля без обработки.
Персонал очень приветливый, все вопросы решают быстро, все понятно. За трансфер договаривались на рецепшене тоже.
Номер чистейший, уютный, размер хороший. Постель, полотенца - все чистое. Тапочки, шампунь, мыло были в номере. Вода идёт отличным напором, сливается отлично, душ принимать одно удовольствие, еще есть джакузи, но мы не пользовались.
Завтрак - потрясающий. Фрукты, свежевыжатый сок, несколько видов сыра, инжир, курага, мед в сотах. Ну и база - яйца, сосиски и т д.
Все очень понравилось. Кажется что лучше не найти, а по цене- не самый дорогой вариант.

Amé estar en una verdadera cueva! El baño es hermoso y súper amplio, la decoración te hace vivir Turquía, un paraíso!!!!

Disappointing
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Cappadocia and unfortunately our experience was disappointing, especially considering the price and the expectations for a deluxe room.

One of the main reasons we booked the deluxe room was the fireplace, but it was not functioning properly. Instead of working normally, the smoke kept coming back into the room. We were genuinely worried about breathing the smoke all night and had to keep the door open for ventilation, which made the experience very uncomfortable.

There was also a small fridge in the room, but surprisingly there was no accessible power outlet nearby, so it could not even be used. We had bought cold drinks for the evening and ended up not being able to keep them cold.

Another issue was the terrace access. We woke up very early specifically to enjoy the Cappadocia sunrise view from the terrace, but the terrace door was locked and we had to search for staff to open it.

Finally, the location of our room within the hotel was not convenient. The reception and common/view areas are at the top of the property, while our room was at the very bottom, requiring multiple stairs every time we wanted to go up. Since enjoying the views and common spaces is one of the main reasons people book hotels in Cappadocia, this really affected our overall experience and made us stay in the room more than we wanted.

The staff were polite, but overall the stay did not meet our expectations for a deluxe room experience.

Μαγική και άνετη τοποθεσία για ταξίδι με μωρό.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία από τις καλύτερες, είχαμε ένα μωράκι μαζί μας και είχαμε στο πιάτο την ανατολή με τα balloons καθώς και τη δύση, ακριβώς έξω απο το δωμάτιο μας. Το φαγήτο καλό με αρκετες επιλογές. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει πολλά επίπεδα και ανεβαίνεις με σκάλα, επειδή είχαμε μωρό μας έβαλαν στο πάνω επίπεδο δωρεάν. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και πολύ ευγενικό. Μιλούν καλά Αγγλικά. Από τις δραστηριότητες που έχουν αξίζει το mix Tour αν ταξιδεύεις με μωρό.

Cons:

τα facilities δεν είναι καλα συντηρημένα το τζακούζι έσταζε νερό από κάτω.

La posizione della struttura è in posizione elevata rispetto alle altre: è un bene per vedere le mongolfiere al mattino, ma se vuoi fare una passeggiata in città è un po' più lontana (nulla di che, 15 minuti a piedi). La camera assolutamente caratteristica: molto bella da vedere ma ovviamente meno comoda di una camera moderna. Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella, con tanti altri spazi. La colazione al mattina è stata favolosa!!! Consigliata!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war super, die Aussicht auf die Ballons von der Terrasse perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich.
Das Personal (besonders Hakim und Ashraf waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend sowie sehr verlässlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Cave Hotel was amazing – an incredible experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone. We really enjoyed the option to light the fireplace and get fresh wood, which made the stay even cozier and more special. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay.
