Very nice stuff but some things need to be changed
Pros:

The place and the view was very nicu.

Electricity it was on and off in between they changed our room but was loud all the day they were working

Accueil formidable dans un hôtel troglodyte
Pros:

L’accueil était vraiment formidable. Mehmet, le garagiste, tenancier, barman et polyglotte était vraiment aux petits soins. Nous avions un pneu crevé et il a su nous le gonfler et nous indiquer un garage dans le coin. Les chambres étaient OK, fraîches car troglodytes. Grande salle de bain. Petit déjeuner correct.

Pros:

Красивая терраса с панорамным видом, несмотря на расположение на вершине холма довольно быстрый спуск и подъем в и из центра города по лестнице, очень приятный персонал, начиная от ресторана, заканчивая ресепшеном. У нас была съемка на рассвете, и стилист должен был нанести супруге макияж, ввиду того что в номерах очень темно и не очень удобно для макияжа, нам без проблем разрешили ночью расположиться в крытой террасе где больше места, и общий свет ярче. В номере была бутилированная вода, чай, кофе. Убирают номер каждый день, так же каждый день приносят новую воду. В целом очень хорошие впечатления остались

Cons:

Общее состояние большинства элементов номера можно оценить как изношенное, подушки в номере к сожалению очень высокие и жесткие, нет нормального зеркала, очень темно (хотя это наверное свойственно все таким пещерным номерам) очень мало розеток, дверь в номер расположена так что мимо неё постоянно ходят, а из за того, что плохая шумоизоляция фасадной части, в номере слышной абсолютно всех кто ходит и разговаривает рядом, так же очень неудобная сама входная дверь, без рывков не закрывается, замок вплотную к стене, открыть или закрыть без царапания пальцев о стену невозможно.

Fantastic cave hotel with incredible views of Goreme valley and the balloons
Pros:

Beautiful cave hotel in Goreme, views were outstanding especially of the balloons. Staff were very accommodating and room was lovely and spacious.

Cons:

Loads of steps, the hotel is one of the highest in Goreme, shower wasn’t the greatest if I am being picky and the safe was broken, nothing that spoiled our trip though.

Exceptional Hotel. Great location and amazing, kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

Very good location a few minutes away from the centre. The hotel has many nice view points looking over Gerome and seeing the balloons passing by.

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, kind and assisted us in all that we needed, especially the young girl at the reception.

The breakfast was very good with adequate opening hours and good choice and quality.

Cons:

The call for prayers at 4.20am in the morning. Too early for us.

The service was warm and attentive, the rooms were luxurious, and the ambiance was pure perfection. I truly have no words to describe how amazing this experience was. Personale non all' altezza della struttura..poco disponibile..dopo ore di volo nessuno si e' curato di aiutarci a portare i bagagli in camera abbiamo dovuto fare diverse scale esterne in discesa con i bagagli anche rischiando...mentre l' addetto ci ha accompagnato senza darci il minimo aiuto. Neanche in un ostello si hanno trattamenti del genere.o
