Bel hôtel en soit mais décevant car froid et peu accueillant
Pros:

La vue.
Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel (mis à part le nutella qui ne correspondait pas au reste du buffet. Du chocolat local aurait été mieux, pas en petits paquets industriels).

Cons:

Peu de personnel comprenaient et parlaient anglais mis à part les réceptionnistes.
Accueil peu chaleureux.
Pas de savon douche.
Couette minuscule pour 2.
Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas. Éclairage froid, dommage pr une si belle deco.
Rooftop pas très accueillant, manque de charme, pas de lampes turques qui inviteraient à s’y rendre pour boire un verre, très dommage …

Minden rendkívüli volt!
A szobák, a pazar kilátás a teraszokról a felszálló hőlégbalonokra, a pazar reggeli, a padlófűtés a fürdőszobában, az elhelyezkedése, a kilátás a városra, a dekoráció, a személyzet és még sorolhatnám!

Az idegenvezető, aki elvitt minket hőlégballonozni, még ő is megjegyezte, hogy a legjobb szálláson vagyunk a teljes városban!

3 gyerekkel voltunk, ezért 2 szobát foglaltunk le. Mindkét szoba egyedi volt és tökéletes!!!

入住前一定一定要提前联系店铺预约接机服务！机场到酒店超级远，而且酒店在最高处，能够俯瞰全景的同时，上坡也真是很难上…
住不了纯洞穴，选了木梁房顶的房间，还有小阳台，房间很美貌，如图所示，但是房间在最底下，前台服务人员会帮忙拿上拿下，再次夸奖服务人员。
酒店的早餐也很不错，选项丰富，总之这家酒店是综合评分满分的酒店！！中国人冲～

The hotel is beautiful. The staff could not have done more for you. They helped us book plenty of excursions and change ballon flights.

The hotel is spread over multiple floors with viewing areas through out the hotel for the views.

Hermosa vista
Pros:

El desayuno, las instalaciones y lindas vistas.

Cons:

Nos tocó en una habitación muy alejada del lugar para comer, había que subir y bajar muchas escaleras, pero que al final fue mejor porque estábamos al lado de la salida trasera del hotel que estaba muy cerca del centro.
Algo que está fuera del alcance del hotel, justo atrás habían unas obras y el ruido era algo molesto.

Memorable stay !!
Pros:

Hotel is at a very nice location, and provides a very good view of the town as well as the hot air balloons in the morning. All the setup they have on the rooftop is also amazing, especially that mirror and that bed setup for pictures :). Rooms were also very spacious and clean. They also have dresses to rent for photo shoots and stuff

Cons:

The jacuzzi in our rooms smelled bad when we first used it. So we drained out all the water and on next use it was better. While most of the staff was good, there was this one person in night shift who was trying to upsell the photoshoot and dresses by trying to give us wrong information. Like first he told a higher price for rental dresses than previously quoted by other staff people. Then he said very few balloons will be visible from terrace in his effort to upsell the photo shoot plan at love valley with his team. In reality like 100 balloons were visible from terrace. How can a staff member try to undermine the USP of the property to upsell its add-on offerings.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé : Excellent emplacement avec vue fabuleuse le matin sur les montgolfières. Beaucoup de jolies terrasses composent l'hotel. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable.

Cons:

Grosse amélioration et rénovation à prévoir: la salle de bain : les carreaux de la douche sont remplis de moisi, la grande baignoire jacuzzi était complètement cassée (elle n'était pas calée et quand on la remplit elle s'effondre sur elle même) , fuite d'eau à la baignoire donc l'eau se répand dans la salle de bain, les robinets des lavabos sont mal fixés donc bougent dans tous les sens. Avec tout cela réparé ce serait super !

The property is getting a little worn and needs some TLC. The drive to get to it was challenging but parking was always available.

Overall, it was a charming room inside a cave at a great price. It is exactly what I had hoped for!
Pros:

Very cozy room with a nice view, staff spoke English and were very patient with questions, nice restaurant

Cons:

I didn't notice that there was a step within the bathroom and I tripped and hurt my knee. The wall charging sockets were a little hard to get to.

It’s a lovely stay
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. The view is great for watching hot air balloons. The room size is good.

Cons:

The lights are too dim in bathroom and overall. There are 112 stairs from my room to lobby level. The location is a bit further from town center.
