O hotel é lindo, muito limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos, acomodações muito confortáveis. A única coisa é que fomos a pé da rodoviária até o hotel e é muita subida, mas valeu muito a pena.

Esperava mais conforto digno de âmquarto de um 4 estrelas por mais €100 a noite

O quarto. Para um hotel 4 estrelas em Viseu onde paguei mais de 100€ por noite, o quarto não tinha qualquer encanto e a vista era para os telhados dos prédios em frente. Tinha a expectativa de ter um quarto com mais conforto pelo preço que paguei em plena época baixa. Mas tudo no quarto parecia de um hotel de 3 estrelas. Dizem que ha bar mas o bar nao funciona. Não existe vida no hotel, a vida que nos habituamos em hotéis de 4/5 estrelas. Os recepcionistas raramente estagna recepção.O pequeno almoço não surpreende mas satisfaz. Não ficaria novamente neste hotel apenas porque espero sempre encontrar o que procuro e o que pago e este hotel está muito mal cotado em 4 estrelas.
