Camera spaziosa e fresca. Disponibilità nel tenere i bagagli il giorno del check-out. Stanza disponibile dalle 14. Personale gentile e solerte. Colazione buona ma cara.

Très bon hôtel avec de très bonnes prestations
Pros:

Personnel à l'écoute, très bons équipements (le spa est un plus), idéalement placé en centre ville d'Arles. Le parking est payant à l'extérieur à un prix abordable

Cons:

Il faut se garer à l'extérieur du centre-ville et donc transporter les bagages sur une petit distance, mais c'est largement faisable.

Pros:

Tout, mais en particulier le personnel très à l'écoute, la possibilité d'avoir une bouteille d'eau fraîche sur demande, le fait de pouvoir choisir entre plusieurs formules de petit-déjeuner, l'emplacement juste à côté du théâtre antique, le parking public en partie pris en charge par l'hôtel et une vraie climatisation dans la chambre !

Wonderful hospitality!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is fabulous, my room was spacious, cool and comfortable, and the garden a lovely place to have breakfast, lunch, or a drink. Aperatifs are available on a roof deck with fantastic views, a spa beckons at the end of a busy day of touring. Additionally, refreshments are available to guests around the clock. Hospitality at its best!

Hotel en un sitio privilegiado en el centro de Arles con un personal maravilloso
Pros:

Todo el personal del hotel es maravilloso, me hicieron sentir como en casa, muchas gracias. Además el hotel esta en una situación inmejorable y dispone de una terraza en el ático maravilloso con unas vistas espectaculares donde puedes tomar algo si lo deseas. Volveré sin duda.

Pros:

Très bon accueil. Pour une raison que j’ignore, nous avons été surclassés. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable surtout. La literie très confortable. Le spa agréable. L’hôtel est très bien placé dans la ville.

Hotel idéalement situé face au théâtre antique. Personnel sympathique. Accès au Spa et hamam inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Nous avons déjeuné dans le jardin, ombragé et très agréable.

Fabulous location and a very comfortable hotel

Un hôtel extrêmement bien placé et très bien tenu
Pros:

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel des l’arrivée et jusqu’au départ.
Le tres bon emplacement de l’hôtel en plein cœur de la cite antique
Le petit déjeuner en terrasse, tres complet avec de tres bons produits
Les chambres claires, climatisées avec une tres belle vue sur la cité

l'emplacement est top, au centre de la vieille ville et si on a un véhicule, le système de paiement avec le parking du Centre est très pratique et économique.
