shower was very tiny im very small person still strugling to get inside breakfast was mix with chips n sausages when i tell gentleman he doesnt lik it also water comes v cold until u complain no way is 4star hotel (clener and few ladies was lovely helpfull) location was reall hiden

Nice tidy hotel

Nice and quiet hotel. Breakfast buffet. The shuttle took us into the town at night and we were surprised how lively it was and how many restaurants were available.

It was a very comfortable stay.

Great location, just a 15 minute walk into the centre or they provide a shuttle service during the evening that can take you from the hotel to the centre.

The room was lovely with complimentary bottle of bubbles and water in the fridge.

The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, particularly Nic on reception & breakfast. They couldnt have done more for for you, highly recommend and would stay again

No light fixture in bathroom. TV reception did not work even after promise to have it fixed. On our last two days there was no hot water for my shower. When we booked we were told on site parking but when we arrived we were sent next door to another property at $15 euros/day. The pool area smelled of gas so we couldn’t use it.The staff were very good but had no authority to help. They called the manager about my issues and he only refunded us 25 euros. In travelling over 40 years for business and pleasure this was the worst property we have ever stayed at. Again not the fault of staff. I really would like to have my money back at least for the 2 days where I could not have a shower. Overall Hotels.com should consider delisting this property.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located about a 20-minute walk from the town centre, but they also provide a convenient shuttle service in the evenings from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

One of the highlights is the rooftop area – it’s beautifully set up with sun loungers and offers a fabulous view over the town, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes.

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The hotel is in a good location. A 20 minute walk into Sorrento with an evening shuttle bus running back and forth. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Viktoriya on reception was brilliant. Always happy to help with a smile!

The hotel is lovely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast. Shuttle bus that runs from 7pm-11pm to the square is very useful as taxis are expensive. Lovely local restaurant 5 minute walk away. Overall a lovely stay thank you.

The stay was good until I had my pre booked taxi not show up at 4am so I could go back to Naples airport. I needed some assistance with taxi companies in the local area and reception wasn’t helpful at all. They couldn’t even suggest a company to use so I had to sort it myself.

I really liked the amenities and the perks of this location.

Stayed 5 nights first week of June with my husband and son. Very happy with the experience, loved the renovated look of the room/hotel and having the swimming pool. The terrace is absolutely fantastic for views :) All staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping Ladies simply great. The shuttle bus was very handy in the evenings and again courteous, excellent driver made it even better. Thanks so much for making our stay amazing.

Wonderful, helpful staff and a spotless room with a big TV. The rooftop terrace offered great view and a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

My friend and I have just finished a great stay at La Pergola. We need to say a huge thank you to the wonderful staff who made our trip so fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooftop terrace has great views and is lovely to watch the sunset from.

Was pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel. So quaint, quiet and friendly.
There are numerous places to just relax, your drinks are brought out to you by the pool.
There are two main swimming pools and three mineral pools, which were warm and inviting.
All in all very good value for money.

Lovely boutique hotel, away from hustle and hustle. In walking distance of nice restaurants and Sorrento Centre. Friendly staff and very clean, good shuttle service to and from hotel. Continental breakfast with good selection of hot and cold food.

Our recent stay at Hotel La Pergola in Sorrento was truly delightful. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and helpful information about local tours. The staff recommended various activities, and we quickly booked a boat tour to Capri, which was incredibly convenient as we were picked up directly from the hotel and dropped off at the end of the day.

The hotel itself was exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxed and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend it, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. This just goes to show how popular and well-loved Hotel La Pergola is among travelers.
