Hermoso hotel cuyo personal te hace sentir como en casa
Pros:

Lo que mas me gusto es la buena predisposición del personal, en especial de Nicola. Siempre lo veíamos con buen humor. Tuvimos un inconveniente ajeno al hotel y Nicola nos lo resolvió desinteresadamente.
La limpieza es impecable.
Muy buen desayuno.
Cama muy cómoda.
La habitación cuenta con un hermoso balcón.

Cons:

El parking es excesivamente caro. Baño pequeño.

Pros:

Very welcoming staff who were always happy to see you. Plenty of facilities as well as free breakfast and a free shuttle bus to and from the town centre. Nice loacation, quiet away from the crowds. Great rooftop view.

Cons:

Room was very small and was unable to fully unpack bags as nowhere to store clothes. Walkable to centre of Sorrento but a bit of a trek.

Outstanding
Pros:

This is an outstanding hotel for the price. The location in St Agnello is quiet and away from the mayhem of Sorrento, but only a 10 minute walk away if you want to go into town. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes not far away. The pool area is beautiful for a peaceful swim. The roof terrace is breathtaking, with views to the sea and mountains. The staff are exceptional, going out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. We would definitely return and I will be recommending this hotel to our travel agent.

Podría haber sido buena , pero me quedé con la sensación que no fueron transparentes
Cons:

Hice una reserva para una habitación con balcón , al llegar me dieron una que no correspondía , al hacer el reclamo me dieron otra de acuerdo a la reserva pero el olor a desagüe era desagradable … recién al siguiente día nos cambiaron a la habitación correcta , el resto de la estadía bien , desayuno e instalaciones ok , personal ok.

Rustige vakantie op centrale ligging!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, goed bed, busje van/naar Sorrento, zwembad, niet ver naar station…. Alles eigenlijk!

Dat we terug naar huis moesten….

Lovely staff and great hotel
Pros:

Really friendly staff, helpful with everything we needed. Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco which was delightful. Facilities were super, pool, rooftop, bar etc. Breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. Evening shuttle to get into the centre was useful and a great extra! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Good location, 25-30 minute walk to marina.
20 minute walk to town.

Rolig hotell i utkanten av Sorrento.
Pros:

Godt renhold, fin pool, pent rom med god seng.

Cons:

Dusjen hadde nesten ikke vanntrykk, og de klarte ikke fikse. Fikk nytt rom etter halve oppholdet. Det er for dårlig. Kjedelig frokost. Hotellet lå litt langt unna sentrum.

Great hotel, but with a couple of changes, could be excellent.
Pros:

Great roof top terrace. Great balcony. Great staff, especially the guy who does the breakfasts. Always happy to see and if you want he'll make you eggs anyway you like for your breakfast.

Cons:

There was a lack of shelves in the bathroom, so it was difficult to put all the toiletries in the bathroom. Likewise , it had a lack of hooks to hang coats and jackets etc. The rooms aren't massive so this would really help.
The location is ok, but a bit of a trek to the center. There is a minibus but it only runs in the evening!

Lovely staff. Great location.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable with a lovely roof terrace. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, the chef makes yummy fresh cakes and pies every morning.

La pergola poor review
Pros:

Rooms cold no radiators working
Bathroom small shower very small
No water for toilet shower or washing on first day and was told it was pressure issues but guests in ground floor had water at full pressure. No alternative offered
Told pool and wellness centre and roof top terrace not open until 1st April
No lift to any of the floors or restaurant or roof top terrace
No shuttle bus
Food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best definitely not 4 star
