This design hotel, renovated in 2024, has a rooftop terrace with fantastic heated swimming pool open year round, with views over Granada and the Alhambra. The room was clean and modern, and the location is central, but that’s where the positives end.

Cons:

Although advertised as “soundproof” on Booking.com, there is no sound insulation at all. My room faced a very busy pedestrian street, making it impossible to sleep or rest during the day.
The staff claimed they did me a “favor” by assigning this room because I requested a balcony, but the “balcony” turned out to be an extremely small Juliet-style balconette: a door with a railing inside the bathroom, completely unusable (see photo). When I asked to be moved to a quieter room, they initially agreed and said it would be changed in the morning, but later denied ever making that promise. Communication was inconsistent and unprofessional, with a clear lack of transparency. When I pushed again for relocation, they offered a clearly inferior room, small, claustrophobic, on the ground floor, smelly, and with poor air quality, which felt more like a downgrade than a solution.
After a one-hour discussion with staff, during which they refused to relocate me, their “compensation” for the issues and sleepless nights was nothing more than a €12 breakfast. It was low quality, tasted industrial, and was among the worst I’ve had at any hotel.
The hotel is also overpriced for what it offers. Charging around €150 per night is not justified. In conclusion, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. It was a complete disappointment overpriced, misleading, and it failed to deliver on its promises, ultimately ruining my vacation.

La piscina è descritta come riscaldata ma senza menzione dei gradi per far capire che non è utilizzabile in periodo invernale. Avevamo scelto l'hotel per questo motivo ma secondo ma non è pubblicizzata nel modo corretto e può essere ingannevole.

Breakfast in the basement, would have forgiven if bacon didn’t run out constantly.
Rooms smaller than pictured.
TV smart but…. Not connected to wifi? Beats the purpose. So you can’t use any of the apps or connect your phone to it.

Slechts één adres voor een bezoek aan Granada en het Alhambra!
Pros:

De centrale en rustige ligging, vlakbij de bezienswaardig en gezellige restaurantjes. Ook het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het dakterras met zwembad geeft een mooi uitzicht over de stad (met het Alhambra)

Cons:

Alles was in orde!
