Not as good as other room mate hotels
Pros:

The room itself was clean and perfectly adequate, and the price was reasonable for the location. I have stayed in other Room Mate hotels before, including the one in Málaga, and have had very positive experiences with the group overall. The location was also convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

Compared with other Room Mate hotels I’ve stayed in, this one felt quite different in atmosphere. There wasn’t really a comfortable space to sit and relax, and the breakfast room is in a basement with no windows, which I personally found quite gloomy. It was also very warm downstairs, so I chose to have breakfast elsewhere the following morning.

The room was very hot during my stay, and there was quite a strong smell coming from the toilet area. The staff were polite but I didn’t find the welcome particularly warm. Small details also made a difference, such as only two coffee pods being provided in the room and an additional charge for extras, and being given only one small milk portion when I asked for more. These things felt a little restrictive compared with other hotels in the same group.

Overall the stay was fine, but not at the same level as other Room Mate hotels I’ve experienced, so it’s worth being aware that the experience can vary between hotels.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage in der Altstadt! Das Personal war höflich(wirklich super freundlich) und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen 😃 Wir haben verlängert und dürfen das Zimmer behalten ohne zu wechseln. Total Kundenfreundlich gelöst. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett auch und alles perfekt sauber. Der Pool auf dem Dach auch im Winter beheizt, allerdings ist der Pool eher eine große Badewanne.😅 Das Highlight war nachts über den Dächern von Granada warm zu baden und die wunderschöne beleuchtete Stadt zu sehen.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts! Wir buchen genau das Hotel wieder, sollten wir wiederkommen.
