Albergo Caffaro

Took some doing to find the office. After some bumbling around, a kindly tenant told me what floor it was on. Convenient to the historic center, but not to the train station.

事前に連絡して22時過ぎにチェックインしたが､何処が玄関(受付)なのか解らなかった｡門にインターフォンが付いているだけ｡
駅から歩くトンネルも夜だと不気味でした｡
ホテルの人が出て来てくれて無事チェックイン｡翌朝素晴らしい景色の部屋で凄く快適だったので､明るいうちにチェックインすれば､とても良い宿泊施設だと思います｡

Pessimo servizio di Expedis e Trivago. L'albergo Caffaro mi ha riferito di non aver mai lavorato tramite voi, per cui non ha accettato la prenotazione, dicendo che a lui non risultava nulla.
Per cui ho dovuto cercarmi un altro albergo.
Non usufruiró mai più dei vostri servizi.

It was a room in an apartment, with a raised floor toilet added. Breakfast was very simple and limited.

We really enjoyed our stay here and got some great tips from our host on things to see and places to eat. Our room was clean and comfy and had a fabulous view across the town. An excellent B&B.

Étonnement total à l'arrivée, hotel situe au 6 étage d'un immeuble de locataires. C.est plus considéré comme des chambres d'hôtes qu'un hotel.
"hotel" situe par très loin d'une voie de circulation, un peu bruyant le soir. Serviettes de toilette pas de très bonne qualité.
Petit déjeuner servi en chambre très léger. Dans l'ensemble très moyen.

We enjoyed our stay in Genova at this hotel. The room was very quaint, but a good size and exceptionally clean. The owners were extremely helpful and very nice. The location is also very good; close to the main tourist sites and to the bus and train station.
Breakfast was very good and served on a tray in our room.
I would stay here again!

The hotel is located 1 min away from via Garibaldi, so close to the centre, the port and both train stations. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. The room was spacious, with beautiful view and own bathroom. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean and were cleaned everyday and there was even hair dryer available. The breakfast was very tasty and included foccaccia, bread, pastry, yogurt, juice and machine-made coffee. We would definitely come back there if we decided to visit Genoa again.

The staff there were very friendly and kind, and we were given probably the best room, very spacious with three aspects including the bathroom.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, stanze con il minimo indispensabile, personale molto gentile e un panorama stupendo dalle finestre.
Ottimo per girare a piedi genova. vicino a tutte le più importatnti attrazioni della città.

Great location.
The beds were really comfortable and we had a nice breeze coming from the window and air conditionning when that was not enough.
Mr Quinto was exceptionnally nice and helpful.
Going back to Genoo, I would go back to Albergo Caffaro.

Hotel au 6eme étage d'un immeuble ancien, dommage que l'ascenseur était en panne lors de notre séjour. Chambre correcte relativement au prix payé. Lit un peu trop mou (sommier ressort) mais si on n'y va pour escale et que l'on veut profiter au maximum du centre ville, le positionnement est parfait et le prix modeste permet d'oublier les quelques inconvenients de confort de la chambre.

Nous sommes prêts à y retourner: hôtel simple mais impeccable, lits confortables, emplacement idéal près du centre ville et du centre historique.

Good location near Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. Bus stop near by that goes to Genoa Brignole Train Station. 6th Floor served by small lift. Clean rooms, hot showers. Basic breakfast on a tray (could have been better). Very helpful english speaking owner. Probably not for families or car owners. Handy mini Supermarket opposite.

Muy satisfactoria. La habitación era cómoda y limpia, con la dotación suficiente. El baño, limpio y tenía los servicios ofrecidos. Está muy bien localizado, desde allí se puede llegar rápidamente a todos los sitios de interés y se tiene rápido acceso al transporte público. El personal muy amable y colaborador. El desayuno, dispuesto en la habitación, no es muy abundante, pero sí suficiente para iniciar el día (se debe tener en cuenta que hablamos de un hotel económico).
