Nice option in 16éme.
Pros:

Nice location, a lot of stores and markets nearby. The room is tiny but cozy. Very clean, very silent.
The staff is very kind.

Cons:

Elevator stops at the middle of the stage, difficult to take the luggage. Wi-fi was not that good.

Un boutique hôtel bien situé, cosy et confortable, avec un patio procurant un calme très appréciable. Nous avons en plus été upgradé dans le demander, un vrai sens de l’accueil et du service

Good location, good value
Pros:

We stayed at hotel Nicolo for a few days in January 2026. My main criteria when booking was a stylish interior and a safe and convenient location, this had both.
The hotel doesn’t look much from the street, but inside has a lovely little courtyard and stylish decor. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a small issue with the tv in our room not working, but it was resolved very quickly. They also suggested a lovely bistro nearby for dinner which was excellent.
Our room and bathroom were not big, but were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extra, and was continental buffet style with good choice for the price.
Location wise, it was 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, where there is a Batobus (boat bus) stop, which was convenient for navigating around the city. I’d heard some areas of Paris were not very nice, hotel Nicolo is situated in Passy, which is a safe area, full of boutique type clothes and shoe shops. Not a vast array of cafes or bistros, but a few nice ones.
We ate locally a couple of times, but mainly ate out in the touristy areas whilst we were out and about.
I would have liked a bigger room and bathroom, and more cafes etc. nearby, but I know that would have been a lot more expensive having looked at quite a few hotels online. Overall, we were very happy with our choice for the price we paid and the amount of nights we stayed. I would recommend.

An excellent hotel in Passy
Pros:

We stayed in the hotel on 19th January to the 23rd. The hotel is located in Passy which is a really nice area and a great location as it’s five minutes walk to the metro and 10 minutes or so walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and gave us some tips on where to go and helped us a little with our French. We were given the choice to be upgraded to a suite on our arrival as the rooms weren’t quite ready. The suites were lovely and very nicely decorated and also cleaned daily . If i was to come back to paris i would definitely choose to stay here. Thank you for making a memorable trip to Paris

Excelent hotel, location was perfect
Pros:

Rooms were big, clean, daily cleaning, breakfast was basic but perfect because we didnt have to sort out were we were going to have breakfast. It didnt have air conditioner in the room in January se we swept a lot, we did open the windows.
I will definetley come back.
