Please note that superior rooms are in the Armateurs building, which is composed of 2 floors. The standard and classic rooms are in the Skippers building, 164 feet from the main building.

The Main Building Les Armateurs, located 2 Rue des Cordiers, is the oldest dated building in Intra Muros, construction date 1600.

Parking is not guaranteed because there are only 3 parking spaces (Car width max. 83 in).Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Nice little hotel bear everything
Pros:

Locaction, close to port dinard, and town. Lots of plug sockets for charging

Cons:

The actual location of roo. I didn't realise we weren't in main hotel and in an annex up 2 flights no lift

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles.
Douche très étroite et salle de douche minuscule.
Pas de climatisation, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre
Chambre très petite et mal insonorisée.
2 lits simples rapprochés en lit double.matelas en creux et en bosses.
Cher pour peu de prestations .
Décoration bouquet de fleurs en plastique.qq jolies aquarelles au mur.
Bâtiment les skippers à fuir .
Nous n'avons pas vu les chambres du Bâtiment Elisabeth hôtel.
Nous n'y reviendrons pas.sur place,avec le même emplacement, d' autres hôtels proches de meilleure qualité.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel war gut gelegen, viel Gastronomie in der Nähe, das Seineufer mit den Lokalen gleich um die Ecke und auch die Altstadt/Innenstadt in 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer sauber und bequem mit gemütlichem Bett. Pluspunkte: Fahrstuhl, Tiefgarage und Parkplätze direkt vor Ort, gutes WLAN. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend.

Chambre très propre et literies confortables

Cons:

Wc un peu étroits et baignoire à "escalader" pour la douche. Une douche simple serait parfaite. Mais c’est une suggestion. La chambre était très bien.

Small hotel well located for foot access from port and to enjoy the old city

Cons:

Staff rather casual and not very guest-oriented. Disappointing breakfast not worth the price. Street noise terrible on Saturday night
