Pros:

I was travelling to a cruise and came in from the train and the hotel is literally across the road so not far to walk with my bag, the next big bonus was a bus straight to the terminal. This hotel was such good value and the room was so clean.

Near perfect stay.
Pros:

Cheerful and helpful staff make this family run hotel a very pleasant place to stay. The location couldn't be more convenient as it is immediately opposite the railway and bus station, and just near the main street leading from the station towards Ravenna's World Heritage monuments.

A lift is available to reach the second and third floors. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, and the fridge was handy. Coffee pods for the machine, and biscuits were a nice surprise.

A good breakfast was included.

Pros:

员工非常非常好，前台姐姐太友好了，有被感动到。地理位置很好！出火车站就是，但不吵闹，走路去核心景点20分钟最多，性价比是真的好！强烈推荐！！

隔音不好，但这也是常见问题了，瑕不掩瑜

Pros:

Excellent location! 1 minute from the train station and bus stop. Near all amenities. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was offered breakfast even though it wasn't added to my booking.
