Hotel Weisses Kreuz

Zentrale Lage. Parkhaus praktisch um die Ecke. Freundlicher Empfang. Beim Frühstücksbüffet haben wir nichts vermisst. Am Marathon-Tag extra frühes Frühstück für die Läufer.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war aber renoviert, insbesondere das Bad. Auch das Bett war neu und sehr bequem.

The hotel was right in the middles of Interlaken dowtown, walkable to two train stations and some tourist attractions, restaurant. The breakfast here was great with good options. The staff was very friendly and they gave us a free upgrade!

Very pleased with our stay here. The hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes walk to either east and west Interlaken train station. The room is very clean and spacious, so is the bathroom. There are many restaurant options with a short walking distance. A Coop store is right across the street, convenient for us to pick up some sandwiches to bring to a hike. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The morning of the Jungfrau marathon, which was we came to the town for, the hotel started the breakfast at 6am, instead of the regular 7am. It was such a kind offer to us runners! Thank you Hotel Weisses Kreuz!

Room was large but construction going on, no a/c but 2 large fans

Best thing...right outside bus station. Good location. Breakfast and room was decent, clean. No AC!!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking can be a challenge. Breakfast was very good. Very walkable

The property was old and not well-maintained. Our first room looked out on scaffolding in a tiny triangle shaped corner between hallways. The front desk staff changed our room the next day for a city view but it was a much smaller room. The on-site laundry was a paid service. We found a laundromat instead.

Great value for money. Adequately sized rooms, good facility and a great location. Like most other properties in the area, this hotel does not has any ac, you will have to rely on natural cooling by opening the windows.

Right smack in the middle of all things interlaken - literally five minutes from the train

During breakfast, a Black male staff member loudly and repeatedly said “Hiroshima” to us, claiming he was from Hiroshima himself. The way he said it was mocking and very uncomfortable. It was unprovoked and deeply hurtful.
I have lived in London for 4 years and traveled to many countries, but I have never experienced such disrespect in a hotel before. I believe other Japanese guests might have experienced the same. Management should take action to ensure this never happens again.

UBER....was the man...took time to speak to me/help me...a genuine kind soul. Also, the lady/blonde/pretty...ponytail...at the desk was massively helpful too. Was thankful to have met both. Great location...great brekfast...I look forward to returning...

I recently stayed at Hotel Weisses Kreuz in Interlaken and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, professional, and always helpful. Thanks to the reception team for their kindness. They helped us with some suggestions about activities to do in the area.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Interlaken West station and close to shops and restaurants. We really appreciated the lounge room where we could find microwave, kettle, tea and coffee free of charge. This is definitely a plus!!

I highly recommend Hotel Weisses Kreuz for its great service and ideal location.

Nice visit

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel.
Positives - great location, bus stop outside hotel, walking distance to restaurants and shops, clean, serviced daily, breakfast adequate.
Negatives - no air conditioning with temperatures of 30 degrees outside, pedestal fan provided but was useless, did not oscillate and was very loud making it difficult to sleep, room was very dated and needs refurbishment, as does the whole hotel, 1 bed end had exposed screws from broken bed end, which was dangerous, both my husband and I scratched our legs.

Excellent location, close to bus station and train station, and co-op grocery store. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel for our night in Interlaken! Friendly and helpful staff and a huge fantastic breakfast buffet included! Highly recommended little gem of a hotel!!!

This hotel was in a great location in the center of all the action. I was just disappointed they didn’t have A/C as it was warm in the day and night only cooled down a little. The breakfast buffet was nice and they were happy to store our luggage.
