Quiet neighborhood for this one star hotel that was clean and quiet

Building and staff great, room could use some work
Pros:

Cleaning of room was excellent, but there was one moth flying out of the woolen blanket and the floor in the room was very overused ( 5th floor), should be modernized.Air condition was great, the bathroom nice. The Hotel building was very beautiful and the staff nice. A pity that they did not offer breakfast, though, but the vending machine Espresso was very good.
