Hotel rooms are quite noisy. Safe was not working and after asking to repair it this problem was not solved. Definitely room need restoration (floor/walls)
The worst part is that i tried to contact hotel month before arrival. And after several attempts to contact via booking there was NO answer. Even booking didn't managed to reach hotel. I wrote letters via booking + directly to the hotel email that was mentioned on Hotel website .. and no answer. I tried to contact through phone... and nobody managed to answer for 4 weeks of everyday attempts.. This "hotel" worth 35 Eur a day.. not more.. better avoid it. It is possible to find more friendly hotels in Milan for proposed price.
