Pros:

Great location, MRT and bus nearby for easy transport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size for a 4 day stay with comfortable beds.

Cons:

Privacy screens for bathroom were dirty and had mould. Shower had mould and broken shelf meant no where to put toiletries off the floor.

Location is good.
Pros:

Location is great, comfortable bed. Cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The concierge is helpful and warm.

Cons:

Front desk staff need to improve how they greet customers and provide service at check-in and check-out. You may be busy or under pressure at work, but please do not ruin your customer’s day by showing a cold face and robotic answers.

الفندق جميل، الغرف واسعة ونظيفة مع ديكور انيق وتحكم ذكي بجميع ملاحقات الغرفة، الفطور ممتاز ومتنوع، المسبح جميل جدا مناسب للكبار والاطفال، خدمة تنظيف الغرف ممتازة، الموقع مركزي قريب من الكثير من مناطق الجذب وكذلك حولك مواقف الباصات ومحطة ميترو.

Cons:

تسجيل الدخول اخذ وقت طويل، كان حجزي غرفتين تم تسليم غرفة الساعة ٣ والاخرى الساعة ٥ مساءً، يتم اخذ تامين على كل غرفة ٣٠٠ دولار سنغافوري، الفطور ممتاز لكن منطقة تناول الافطار غير مناسبة المكان صغير وبجوار مكتب الاستقبال،،، اكثر شي ازعجني وهو السبب لتقييم (جيد) عند تسجيل الخروج تم خصم مبلغ قيمة الاقامة مره اخرى من بطاقتي الائتمانية وعندما لاحظت ذلك بعد خروجي من الفندق رجعت لموظف الاستقبال اعتذر وارجع المبلغ!!

Pros:

The good thing is the location is very good because it close to the MRT.
The porters are very nice they can call cabs for the guests.

Cons:

The front desk staff are not efficient because they take a long time to check out. Obviously, the lady who wears black jacket is not familiar with her job. The bathroom is not clean I saw some pee marks on the toilet and other items on the floor which is very disgusting. I told them to clean but they did not inspect the entire bathroom.

Cons:

Sometimes a long queue to get into breakfast as not enough staff to turn tables quickly
Definitely need more staff at breakfast and could do with a larger space
No lotion in bathroom (5 star price so should include this)
5 star price for a city hotel that doesn’t have the extra facilities like larger bedrooms, multiple bars & restaurants, spa, etc but location was very good. They should reflect this with lower price.
