Overall, we had a wonderful time and would very happily stay again
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good buffet breakfast with lots of variety, lovely pool

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room was serviced even when I had the digital do not disturb light on. Plus there was no door hanging sign to make clear. My son was very distressed one evening when we came back to our room and his very precious elephant toy was not on the bed as we’d left it. Luckily I found it under some clothes on the suitcase, but we didn’t appreciate that staff had come into the room when we had left the DND light on and I’d told one of the cleaners in the hallway outside our room that we didn’t need room serviced, fresh towels etc.

Also, would like if there were more places to hang towels and wet clothes/bathers. Only 2 hooks in bathroom and no other options. Had to hang across table/bench.

Housekeeping wasnt cleaning well!! Left my dirty tea cups after clesn up. You could get to 1pm with room having not been cleaned. Housekeeping 4/10.
Moldy smell in the room

And the gentlemen at the foyer (concierge) very friendly and helpful

Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the front entrance, nice pool.

Cons:

Rooms were spacious but dated. No light controls near the bed, USB outlets didn't work, air conditioning controls were in one spot on the wall and not clear , no moisturising cream in the bathroom, the water temperature fluctuated. Breakfast options were okay but limited. Better options in the area for the price in my opinion.
