I can recommend this place very much!
Pros:

The location is close to the train station and easy to reach from the airport. From there you can do a lot of things by foot. I will come back again!

Cons:

The pillow was to hard and not comfortable in the first night. But I asked to exchange with a softer one and it was done immediately and it was great!

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes Stadt/Hotel das alles abdeckt, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, der Pool sehr sauber. Die Zimmer dürften ein bisschen grösser sein. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MONEY WE PAID AND POOR CISTOMER CARE

I called the hotel once booking was made to confirm that it was a standard bed not a sofa on thr floor roll out. They confirmed a real bed. I went to reception to seek some help and there was zero customer service and they hem k asked if I couldl leave a review the staff member lied and said they didn’t have a Google scan card despite being offered one as soon As we arrived from a his colleague . When approached about this he said leaving Ana’s review would be bad for him and asked we didn’t . No support help was given. It made the experience disappointing and took a lot of good energy away from what was to be a fun exciting time. We were told to call if pillow were too hard…. We called and they had no soft pillows. There was another family in the corridor asking for pillows too. They are rock hard like you’ve never slept on before . I was really disappointed as I alway prefer to give the hote or business a chance to rectify an issue and ofert a solution. On this occasion nothing happened until my last night after a couple of emails and the morning of departure they offered us a complimentary taxi to Sentosa our next location . Location is great . Service is poor. Northumbria I do want to highlight is the female staff member at breakfast was a standout

Very comfortable location of the hotel! Close to MRT and buses. Walking distance to Marina Bay (30 min) and other main locations.
The staff is very kind and helpful. Very clean and new rooms! Breakfast was good too 👌

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Singapore.
Pros:

Location is fabulous, less than 10 minute walk to metro station and raffles shopping centre.
Breakfast was great, something there for everyone.
Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.
Didn’t use the pool but it looked fabulous.

Cons:

Would be great if there was a bar with a view outside to sit and have cocktails.
