Excellent stay, 100% recommended
Pros:

Very clean hotel, excellent service and location close to key places. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. Pool is very nice and not cold. There is also a shower room before taking your flight, which is a must!

A hotel in the city of Singapore
Pros:

The hotel is in the center of the city, close to many shops. It is walking distance to many tourist attractions. The facilities in the room are good but basic. The staff are very friendly. Room is cleaned every day. Breakfast has both western and eastern style. It is a good hotel to explore Singapore city center.

Cons:

After I checked into the room, I found out the fan in the ceiling could not be stopped and the AC was not working either, as the temperature could not be adjusted to go higher. They called in the maintenance person who fix both.
There is no bottled water in the room. They showed a sign when I was checking in saying that it is for environment protection.
One day, I was waiting for the lift in the lobby to go upstairs to the room. When the lift door opened, two concierges came over and asked another guest and I to call and use another lift while they were keeping the door of the lift open. It seemed they were keeping the lift for some VIPs. As a paying customer in the hotel, I found it extremely rude and inappropriate. It left a very negative impression.
