Kimse bize USD için yüzde 4 ekstra komisyon ödemesinden bshsetmedi ancak ülkemize döndüğümüzde kredi kartı hareketlerinde yüzde 4 ekstra komisyon alındığını gördük. Yani bize söylenenden fazla ödemiş olduk. Oysa imzaladığımız kağıtta gerçek fiyat vardı. Ancak ekstra yüzde 4 komisyon kesilmiş. Bilgi verilseydi biz de singapur doları olarak ödeme yapardık. Çok basit..Böylece booking com dan aldığımız indirimin bir anlamı kalmadı. Ayrıca Kahvaltı içeriğe göre pahalı, satın almaya değmez, dışarda çok daha ucuz ve kaliteli çeşitlere ulaşılır.

The excellent service provided by the Crystal Club team (Gladys, Amanda, Thomas & Mike) is the reason I always choose Grand Park City Hall (GPCH) for my stays. Wonderful staff and cosy hotel

Super warm and helpful staff at the reception. They helped us to resolve everything even though we arrived quite early in the morning. Particular thanks to the wonderful gentleman Shidee Aini whom nicely communicated with us and gave us a great experience with the hotel.

Excellent Stay at Grand Park City Hall.

I recently stayed at Grand Park City Hall Singapore and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s prime location and elegant ambiance make it ideal for both business and leisure. and the Crystal Club Executive Lounge was a highlight—quiet, comfortable, with great food, drinks and attentive service throughout the day. A special shout-out to Iwan, who provided exceptionally warm, friendly and professional service, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Second hotel in Singapore and it is big enough and newly. We have a wonderful dinner and breakfast in Crystal club. Iwan provided us precessional club service.

Pros:

This year we wanted to have a different CNY celebration, choose Grand park city hall as its near shopping mall and mrt, we had the best experience, Aini is very friendly and helpful, she is a counter staff, handled our add on breakfast still help us find a table and lead us in, and the chef we met at level 9 Maya, oat porridge and prawn noodle super delicious!
