Pretty good stay, everything is walkable distance, and the view was gorgeous! The only thing was a dripping sound in our room that we didn’t know where it came from and you could hear when the toilet flushes in another room.

La mujer adulta de recepción es extremadamente seria para estar de cara al público y poco empatiza.
El hotel está muy bien, la entrada es preciosa y las habitaciones están muy limpias. El único punto quizá de mejora sería la renovación de los baños, sobretodo la ducha

Se escucha muchísimo el ruido al tirar de la cisterna del baño.
El suelo de madera debajo de la cama de la habitacion 222 sonaba mucho al moverme en la cama (estuvimos alojados 3 personas).
Quizás tuve mala suerte con la habitación, pero la experiencia ha sido regular.
La atención del personal ha sido exquisita, hay que reconocerlo, tanto en la cafetería como en el restaurante, en el cual comimos al mediodía.

When I went to take a shower the shower was clogged so I couldn't take my shower. They offered to give me a different room "to take a shower"?? i just left without my shower.

UNICA PEGA ES QUE HAY POCO RESTAURANTES PARA CENAR. PERO PUEDES HACERLO EN CAFETERIA DEL HOTEL.

For the price the hotel was superb and the staff (particularly Nanny) could not have been more helpful. It is very well situated and backs on to a beautiful medieval square surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Only concern was the limited air conditioning and no way to open windows.

Wonderful old building within easy walking of shopping and many tourist sites.

Parking was good and relatively easy.
