Struttura accogliente e ben posizionata
Pros:

Ci sono piaciute particolarmente la SPA, molto curata e rilassante, la posizione della struttura, ideale per visitare la zona, e la cortesia e disponibilità del personale della reception, sempre gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Non abbiamo trovato la cucina e il buffet della colazione all'altezza del livello della struttura. L'offerta ci è sembrata piuttosto limitata sia nella varietà sia nella qualità, e nel complesso non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Pros:

Everything was great, the whole staff was super friendly, they gave us the feeling like being at home with family, the breakfast was excellent and the room was clean, the hotel facilities, the spa area and the gym was new and clean, and the views from our balcony was amaizing, we are more then happy to recommend this lovely hotel, we enjoyed from every moment staying there, thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

Geweldige vakantie plek om de prachtige Dolomieten te ontdekken.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaaam personeel. Hadden vele goede tips. Fantastische spa wellness met sauna. Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. Ruime en voldoende parkeerplekken.
Goede locatie om diverse uitstapjes/wandelingen te maken.

Alles beviel super goed.

Pros:

We had a very big room with beautiful view on the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed the swimming pool, however it is open only till 8 p.m. which in my view is a little bit early. The gym is a very well equipped. Free parking is included.

Cons:

An iron is unavailable for guests :( You can use laundry services instead.

Byli jsme ubytováni v nove části hotelu. Hezké čisté.

Cons:

Paní majitelka se snažila o pravidelný kontakt s hosty, ale působilo to nepřirozeně. Ale to je tak jediná drobnost

Great stay in the east side of the Dolomites
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel in a nice town surrounded by mountains. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The SPA was a great place to finish the day.

Cons:

Whirlpool was not as warm as we expected in the evenings after coming back from hiking.
