The reception is closed after 22:00 but there is a self-service access key available 24 hours a day.

Our establishment is open from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00
Outside of reception opening hours, please go to the hotel entrance where a Room Vending Machine allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
To do this, take your booking number and credit card for payment, then let yourself be guided on the screen.
The access code to your room also opens the gate and the door of the hotel lobby.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I didn't find any advantages. The ventilation was apparently not working and the room was very stuffy, I would even say that there was nothing to breathe. The electric shutters weren't working and I couldn't close them. The water in the shower could not be adjusted: either hot or cold. At night, the heating is turned off altogether. The towels were very worn out. The room was so small that I had nowhere to unpack my suitcase.
