Hotel byl moderně zařízen. Pokoje byly hezké s moderní koupelnou. Některé pokoje měly okno pouze do světlíku. Parkování bylo možné ve dvoře, ale vzhledem k počtu pokojů v hotelu byla parkovací kapacita nedostatečná.

The location could not be better near the downtown of Belluno. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when it came to assisting with laundry and check in. The front appears quite small and older, but the inside was very new and the rooms were extremely well updated. Incredible value. The restaurant at the base of the hotel was also amazing!!
The breakfast was diverse and good with a selection of breads, spreads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and vegetables. They were also able to provide gluten free bread/ crackers and they had soy milk available. When I needed more towels, the cleaning staff were able to provide them. I liked having a small fridge in the room, it was very helpful. I found the bed comfortable and the black out shutters and blinds worked well. There was good water pressure too. The location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring the town.
The room was small, but sufficient and I was aware of the room size when booking. There was some noise from the hallway, but apart from that the room was quite. The bathroom is small but completely sufficient, however I personally didn't like the colored lighting. The reception staff were nice and fine, but not as warm or friendly as some of the other Italian hotel reception staff I experienced during my trip.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get our smelly clothes from hiking the Alta Via 1 washed and dried within a few hours. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself quite attractive. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh fruit along with the usual offerings. Location was excellent, with a good restaurant next door, and walking distance to the train station.

Room was very nice. Very well maintained. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Breakfast was continental with excellent choice - all fresh.
Would have scored higher overall but for two things - parking in the area is difficult. Very limited car park at the hotel. Nearest public car park is very convenient but is in high demand. Can only pay for 2 hours and then car must be moved and you cannot return for 2 hours. If you want to park for the night you must arrive after 5pm as it is free from 7pm until 8am when you have to move the car again! Obviously local people use this car park so getting a space can be difficult. Secondly, we had an issue with the housekeeping. We had gone out for the day and on our return at the end of the day, our room hadn't been cleaned, the bed not made, used towels not replaced and toilet rolls had disappeared!! We reported this to the receptionist who replaced the towels and toilet rolls but obviously did not do any housekeeping!

Central location was great: a short walk to the railway station and shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious enough, good wifi, shower and aircon. Comfortable bed, fridge and a kettle in the room. The breakfast buffet was copious and very good.
Nothing to complain, wish we could have stayed another night.
