Os funcionários eram pouco comunicativos e simpáticos, o pequeno-almoço era fraco e com pouca qualidade e variedade e o quarto era pequeno, com decoração velha, péssimo isolamento de som e difícil utilizar o ar condicionado

Perfekter Aufenthalt für 5 Tage im Kern von Rom
Pros:

Die Lage war 12/10, man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen und hatte den Termini Hauptbahnhof nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal war super lieb und hilfsbereit, das Einzelzimmer vollkommen ausreichend, sehr sauber, nachts ruhig und klimatisiert. Das Frühstück war top.

Péssimo serviço e acomodações
Cons:

O quarto não tinha ar condicionado a funcionar, em vez de irem resolver, culparam o hóspede de não saber trabalhar com o ar, só passados 6 dias de estadia e ameaças com queixas ao direito do consumidor lá trocaram o quarto.
O pequeno almoço outra chatice, na receção mal falavam inglês, muito mau.
Não aconselho a ninguém.

Muy buena localización ya que está cerca de Termini, eso hace que tengas cerca líneas de metro y muchas lineas de bus disponibles a 5 minutos caminando, además alrededor muchos sitios para comer y un supermercado por si necesitabas comprar alguna cosa también muy cerca.

Cons:

La habitación era algo pequeña, el extractor del baño hacía demasiado ruido al usarlo en plena noche luego era molesto por varios minutos. El desayuno fue lo más mejorable, tenías que encargar un cruasán el día anterior por la noche y luego baja variedad de salados. Además de solo dos horas de rango para desayunar.

la mancanza del parcheggio nonostante fosse indicato sul sito, l'insonorizzazione delle camere praticamente inesistente verso l'interno, il rumore della ventola, la scomodità del materasso a dorso di mulo

Room in semi basement, breakfast was miserable, and overall too much hostile, i can not bring back or bavkpavk to breakfast that is already miserable and poor, taking in advance depoaite ot 50 euros plus whole credit card number and date of expirry in case of “damages”, and i got immediately notification together with my room number info that they will charge me 250 euros for smoking or something (i do not smoke btw but at the same moment i got very hostile environment vibe and at the same time offering very outdated hotel with rooms in basement). Also they do not have “do not disturb policy” so there is not sign you can put on your door and they will disturb you…

Best trip ever
Pros:

the hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay, the staff were helpful and kind ! the location was absolutely perfect about 10 min walk to colloseum and about 20 to the trevi fountain! the rooms were amazing as well as the aircon that was a life saver, free too! for breakfast a crossaint of your own choice was such a sweet and personal choice. would go back again!
