The smoothest check-in and check-out process.
Super affordable considering the location and services.
Good breakfast buffet. Loved the pastries, fresh fruit juices and coffee! Nice mix of local and Western dishes.
Staff are excellent, friendly, and very helpful.
Room and bathroom were clean and spacious.
Wifi had great connection and was quite speedy.

Cons:

Very limited choices on the room service menu.
The English TV channels were not working, only news channels :(
Enjoyed the breakfast but there should be more variations from one day to the next - stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was pretty much the same every day.

Great location for exploring Kunming
Pros:

Great location near Green Park - staff were super helpful. It has a good buffet breakfast with excellent choice range. The gym at the top of the building was superb with amazing views. A 15 minute easy walk into old Kunming. ( find the lit up aerial walkway) -

Cons:

We were too hot and at 13.30am had to go down to reception to ask for a fan- apparently the A/C was turned off?!
