Tolle Lage, supernettes Personal, wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolle Lage

Cons:

Nach dem Regen war eine Wasserpfütze im Zimmer.

Das Navi hat das Hotel nicht gefunden.

Das Essen war sehr gut, aber teilweise schon etwas zu kalt.

Muito agradável.
Pros:

Gostei muito da localização e da paisagem que são excelentes. Também gostei da decoração e do conforto que sente na maioria das salas disponíveis. Gostei do pequeno almoço embora penso quer poderia ter mais oferta de frutas e iogurtes (por ex. sem lactose).

Cons:

A temperatura da água quente na casa de banho não passa de um pouco acima do morno pelo que poderia ser bem mais alta. O corredor do piso 0 de acesso aos quartos é bastante frio que contrasta muito com a temperatura dos quartos que é, e bem, muito quente.

Mucho frío en la habitación, en el largo pasillo para llegar a ella. En el comedor tuve que estar con el abrigo puesto. La cena regular y el desayuno idem.

Excelente para uma estadia normal, mas desilude em comemorações.
Pros:

Esta foi a segunda vez que estive hospeda no Convento de Belmonte. O espaço é lindíssimo e aconchegante. O restaurantes espetacular.

Cons:

Nos alojaram num quarto que supostamente deveria estar desativado, não tinha frigobar. Também não havia a máquina de café como mencionado como uma das facilidades do quarto. Uma coisa que desiludiu um pouco, mas não o mais importante, desde o princípio avisei que era uma reserva para comemoração de aniversário. A recepção sabia, o restaurante sabia… tiveram várias oportunidades para surpreender e nem um cartão desejando “Parabéns” no quarto deixaram. Enfim, são pequenas coisas que marcam e distinguem uns hotéis e restaurantes dos outros. A experiência foi muito melhor quando comemorei meu aniversário lá há 10 anos atrás.

N est pas a recommander l hiver.
Cons:

Il faudrait améliorer le chauffage.
Ma chambre était trop froide (frei Pedro), l air conditionné sur le chaud n est pas du tout agreable dans une chambre car il faut l éteindre la nuit.
Trop de différences de température dans les couloirs car malheureusement un poele était en panne.

Really nice pousada with some aspect to improve
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the view/environment was really beautiful.

Cons:

We couldn't charge the car at the pousada (it wasn't working) and I think nothing was done to try to solve the problem.
There are certain places inside the convent were the temperature isn't stable.
