Pros:

Per un hotel a 4 stelle le aspettative sono state molto deludenti e personalmente non lo consiglierei a nessuno. La Spa molto precaria con servizi chiusi e uso piscina interna, tra l'altro poco riscaldata, limitato a mezz'ora. E per completare doccia camera senza acqua calda. In compenso colazione abbondante e assortita.

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie e i miei figli di 13 e 10 anni dal 30 dicembre al 1 gennaio, partendo anticipatamente e rinunciando a una notte pagata. Il prezzo della quadrupla era assolutamente spropositato rispetto alle condizioni della stanza che era angusta, con mobilio usurato, bagno piccolo e scomodo, la tv non funzionante. Peraltro era posizionata in un edificio diverso da quello principale, cosicché per andare e tornare dalla piscina bisognava uscire all'esterno, con tutti i disagi del caso. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora per avere la stanza perché non sembravano aspettare il nostro arrivo. Il personale l'ho trovato poco accogliente, a tratti scorbutico. Il responsabile di sala a colazione sbuffava tutte le mattine quando chiedevamo un tavolo, rispondeva malamente se gli si chiedeva qualcosa.
Abbiamo visitato moltissimi luoghi in ogni parte del mondo, ma mai ho visto un così pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros:

Personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Genoeg faciliteiten bij slecht weer. Kamers worden iedere dag bijgehouden. Comfort van onze kamer vond ik de douche te klein. Indeling van de badkamer was niet praktisch. Ruimte tussen wc en douche was behelpen. Eten was uitgebreid. Enigste minpunt vond ik het brood. Bruin brood te droog en geen scherp mes voor het snijden van een hard broodje.
