Pros:

Gino the host was excellent and extremely helpful during our stay. He really went the extra mile for us. Making a little extra breakfast in the morning when we were down late and provided us with ice packs after a ski injury. A truly great host.

Pros:

The hotel was great and very convenient. I appreciated that our room was available before the scheduled check in time and that the breakfast buffet was very tasty. Note that the hotel was self service with no one at the reception, so the only bad thing was that luggage storage after check out felt unsafe.

長期滞在したが、数日おきにベッドリネンとタオルを変えてくれて、清潔に保ってくださった。

Cons:

部屋が狭かった。朝食が毎日ほぼ同じメニュー。

Nice family run, dog-friendly hotel
Pros:

It’s a very nice family run hotel. It is close to supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. This hotels accepts dogs and has a lot of green space to walk them. The furniture is a little bit old, but cosy and rustic. Very nice breakfast. We had an excellent New Years Eve dinner. Very nice balconies where you can sit in the sun.

Pros:

Super petit hôtel typique des montagnes. Il faut savoir que c'est le plus vieil hôtel du village, il y a une belle histoire. Il y a un beau parking devant pour se garer avec la voiture, c'est très pratique. Il y a l'arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel qui permet de monter aux pistes. C'est vraiment pour moi le meilleur emplacement, juste à l'entrée. C'est vraiment le meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Le dévouement de Victor et sa femme, qui sont les nouveaux gérants, dynamise l'hôtel. C'est vraiment très bien, je reviendrai aux prochaines vacances. Je tiens à préciser que ce n'était pas non plus ma première visite, je vois l'évolution et c'est de mieux en mieux.

Cons:

Manque de chauffage quand nous sommes arrivés, car nous n'étions pas équipés en habits de ski. Une fois équipés, cela ne posait pas de problème. Après Noël, l'hôtel était mieux chauffé.
