Excelente atención y ubicación. Muy amable el conserje

La ubicación, la buena predisposición del personal. Nos dejaron entrar a la habitación mucho antes de la hora del check in, estábamos con un bebé y nos trataron muy muy bien. Muchas gracias por todo

Pros:

La ubicación de este hotel es muy buena, ya que te queda al lado de la estación de metro Roma Termini. Además hay muchos restaurantes cerca y la zona es muy tranquila y segura.
El hotel tiene muy buena relación calidad - precio.
Lo recomiendo!!!

Pros:

El personal muy amable. La habitación muy amplia, con vista a la calle y el baño tambien super bien y espacioso. Tambien el wifi nos funciono de maravilla.

Cons:

Si podría mejorar algo, sería incorporar aire acondicionado pero igual tienen ventilador así que todo bien. Y considerar que al estar cerca del metro se escucha el ruido de la estación pero no fue grave.

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal
Realmente muy bueno en ese aspecto

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado..debes pagar 10 € x día para que te faciliten el control remoto de lo contrario hay solo ventilador. En la pagina dice ventilador pero son cosas que a esta altura uno da por hecho que el aire no es un servicio de lujo. Es la primera vez que me pasa.
Ruidos de noche debido a que no se les pone límite a ciertos huespedes que dan portazos o dejan correr y gritar a sus niños x las escaleras

Un lugar horrible y caro en exceso, como casi todos en Roma
Pros:

- Ubicación cerca de Termini. Funcional para acceder a Roma y moverse.

Cons:

- Como todos los alojamientos en Roma, sobrevalorado. Un lugar carísimo para lo malo que es.
- Habitación horrible, vieja, no funcionaban ni las luces. Tuvimos que volver a bajar a recepción a las 23 porque no se veía nada y tuvieron que ponerse a cambiar bombillas.
- Fea, obsoleta, calurosa y poco acogedora.

Está al lado de la estación, muchos restaurantes en su calle y las cercanas, un McDonald's 24h siempre es bueno de recogida
