Falta de detalle en la limpieza. Falta de insonorización de las habitaciones, se escuchaban perfectamente las conversaciones de habitaciones cercanas, ruidos de los baños y del pasillo.
La puerta de la habitación dejaba pasar toda la luz del pasillo.

Понравилось расположение, недалеко от центра, удобно что все транспортные развязки рядом, автобусы, метро, трамваи, удобно добираться во все точки города

Не указано что удобства в коридоре для всех, очень хитро написано, типа удобства в номере, но! Из удобств в номере только раковина, туалет и душ один общий в коридоре на порядка 10-ти номеров. Не заселили раньше, хотя номера свободные были. Я когда пришла с утра, сказали номер 90 евро) когда я сказала что у меня бронь, мне сказали ждать до 14.30. Номер был, но не дали. И до 14.30, хотя на сайте указано в 14.00. Попросила хотя бы посидеть в фойе ( у меня был ночной прилёт), сказали что нельзя. Тупо в ночь девушку выставили на улицу. Указано что номер 14 квадратов, там если от силы 5 есть то хорошо, кровать по длине полностью заняла собой стенку и расстояние до другой стенки было в аккурат на размах двери, пусть 2*2 номер был

Camera poco insonorizzata, sfortuna ha voluto che i vicini di stanza molto rumorosi, sono rientrati a tarda notte e si sono messi ad ascoltare musica cantare e chiacchierare fino alle 7 del mattino, ho chiesto alla reception di intervenire e sono intervenuti, hanno spento la musica ma hanno continuato a chiacchierare fino a mattino. La quasi inesistente insonorizzazione della camera ha peggiorato di molto la situazione.

Buena Ubicación y Excelente Staff pero Mala limpieza y nada cómodas las camas

Me gustó que estaba muy cerca de la estación central de trenes. Excelente ubicación

Cons:

No me gustó que las instalaciones necesitan reforma, están en malas condiciones, pueden que sean antiguas pero deben mantener las cosas funcionales y en óptimas condiciones. Las camas son horribles y el baño estaba sucio un poco más cuidado con eso. Había hongos.
