Saturday: 09:30 to 12:30
Sunday and holidays: closed.

The breakfast buffet is not available on Sundays or bank holidays.

Beds are made prior to arrival and housekeeping is done once a week.

Bueno, agradable y limpio.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien, tenía calefacción y todas las instalaciones correctas.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

A l'arrivée nous avons utilisé le code confidentiel à la borne mais cela n'a pas fonctionné et nous avons dû téléphoner au numéro d'urgence .
La personne qui nous a répondu nous a indiqué le code à saisir pour ouvrir le coffre où était située la clef.
Il y a eu une réponse à notre problème mais il n'est pas normal qu'il y ait eu ce problème

Единствено местоположението ми хареса. Всичко друго е пълно разочарование.

Cons:

Пристигнахме на 14.03. през нощта. Няколко дни преди това ми писаха, че няма денонощна рецепция. В понеделник, на 21.03. рецепцията вече работеше и трябваше да се обадим, че сме пристигнали. И тогава изненада, казаха ни, че трябва да платим 150 евро гаранция и ще ми ги върнат до 7 дни след напускане на хотела. На 19.03 напуснахме хотела, днес е 26.03 парите на са приведени. Как мога да си получа парите?
Другият проблем. Резервацията беше за стая с балкон. Оказа се, че няма балкон, но няма на кого да се обадим, рецепцията не работи. В понеделник, когато имаше човек на рецепцията ни смениха стаята.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, esperienza molto positiva
Pros:

tutto bello, la stanza è ben fornita, piccola ma ben sistemata, vicina ad una fermata del bus molto comodo; per il check in se si arriva in orario di reception bisogna ignorare la mail che dice di autoprendere le chiavi all'ingresso, molto intuitivo.
