Saturday: 09:30 to 12:30
Sunday and holidays: closed.

The breakfast buffet is not available on Sundays or bank holidays.

Beds are made prior to arrival and housekeeping is done once a week.

Surpris de ne pas avoir été informé de la caution de 150€ à verser .
Pros:

La bonne volonté et excellent service du petit déjeuner. Personnel très compétant.

Cons:

On propose un parking mais il est inaccessible en arrivant le dimanche. Il eu été important de communiquer le code accès parking en même temps que le code accès à l'établissement.

Pratique pour visiter Paris en transports en commun.
Pros:

A proximité des lignes bus 25 et 325 pour rejoindre Bibliothèque François Mitterrand en 15 minutes.
Chambre basique, propre.

Cons:

On entend bien le bruit de la rue.
Les fenêtres sont mal isolées (air qui passe par les joints.
Pas de petit déjeuner le dimanche.

Appartement proche de Paris mais structure peu entretenue
Pros:

Le prix imbattable, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, une nuit avant de s'en rendre compte, nous avons changé d'appartement le lendemain dans lequel évier et lavabo bouchés...pas de passage de technicien donc j'ai du le faire moi-même...bof bof

Pour parler du positif, seul le monsieur qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners a été compréhensif et attentionné envers nous au vu des nombreux désagréments que nous avons subis. Nous le remercions pour sa gentillesse et ses actions réalisées envers nous !

Cons:

Concernant les points négatifs... La liste va être longue ! Tout d'abord, nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir vers minuit, la carte de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et n'a fonctionné qu'après de nombreuses tentatives, chaque jour il fallait batailler plusieurs minutes pour entrer dans la chambre. Ensuite nous avons découvert la chambre qui, question décoration, ne correspond pas du tout aux photos, un effort est fait pour mettre des photos en ligne par contre aucun effort n'est fait pour la clientèle sur place. Nous avons découvert des tâches de vin sur les draps, de la moisissure dans la douche, le robinet de l'évier de la salle de bain était dans un piteux état et la porte de la salle de bain avait été fracturée par un ancien client, le personnel avait rebouché mais pas repeint, ce qui rendait ce défaut très visible ! Le lendemain nous avons tenté de prendre une douche, je dis bien tenté... Nous avons rapidement remarqué que la douche ne se fermait pas puisqu'il manquait une porte sur 3 portes nécessaires, de plus, il y avait très peu de pression dans la douche... Ce jour-là nous étions censés partir en visite dès le matin, ce qui avait été convenu avec l'établissement que nous passerions par l'accueil seulement le lundi pour l'enregistrement étant donné l'ouverture de l'accueil le samedi seulement à 10h. Néanmoins, les nombreux désagréments présents dans la chambre nous obligent à annuler cette visite qui était prépayée et non remboursable pour faire une réclamation a l'accueil et changer de chambre. Concernant le monsieur présent a l'accueil, c'est à peine si 3 mots sortaient de sa bouche.

Alojamiento comodo y buena ubicación
Pros:

Es un alojamiento para estudiantes, es bastante tranquilo, el personal muy amable. La habitación tenia de todo, la cama muy comoda, calefacción.
La cocina muy completa utensilios de cocina, microondas, vitro y nevera.
Buena ubicación de bus 325 y 25 que te acercaban a bibliothe y desde alli directo al centro.
Buen alojamiento calidad - precio

Cons:

La ultima noche llegamos y no teniamos agua caliente, no pudimos bañarnos antes de viajar ya que por la noche no hay nadie en recepción.
La falta de persianas, para tener intimidad.
Y que la tapa de la papelera estaba rota.

The entire facilities

Cons:

No one cleaned the room or bathroom for the 3dyas I spent there. No one change the bedsheets, towel etc Which is beyond standard. If someone is spending more than 2 nights in the facilities the bedsheets should be change
