If this were a cheap hostel then the initial non-working toilet, broken fridge, door not closing to bathroom, threadbare carpet, barely no lights on the stairway to second floor, the overall sense of a room that needed cleaning, loud TV noise from lounge below at midnight (by the manager watching TV), so-called orange juice for breakfast (which was watered down orangeade) then all of this would be expected at a cheap price. However, this was not at a cheap price and the amount charged was in fact more at Lupama than the amount charged at better hotels in town and walkable to restaurants (which we went to and forfeited our non-refundable prepaid night at Lupama). In short: Avoid.

HORROROSO não recomendo para ninguém esse local!

Chegamos no hotel e fomos informados de que a reserva estava errada, que o quarto considerado era de 02 adultos e 01 criança, porém reservamos para 03 adultos e temos o comprovante do hoteis.com Com isso acontecendo, queriam nos cobrar um valor extra que equivaleria a reserva inteira novamente! Um absurdo completo, e o pior é que tínhamos uma nova reserva para o mesmo hotel. Tivemos que acionar o hoteis.com para trocarmos de hospedagem pois fomos muito, mas muito, mau tratados, eramos mau olhados pelo pessoal da recepção, foram mau educados a ponto de ficarmos com receio de estar dentro do hotel e de deixar nossas coisas la. Eu NÃO recomendo para NINGUÉM esse lugar, foi uma experiência horrorosa que quase terminou com a tranquilidade da nossa viagem de férias. Sem contar que o frigobar tinha restos de iogurte abertos, ou seja, limpeza terrível também!

Me gusto el hotel. Y la relacion precio-calidad. Es tranquilo y comodo. Con pileta.Lo unico que el desayuno no era tan fresco. Hubo un problema con la reserva. Porq reserve para 3 y me querian dar para 2 y cobrar el 3ro. Pero lo pudieron solucionar a tiempo.

Friendly staff, clean large rooms
Pros:

the rooms were very large and clean. The bathroom was also modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and let us leave our bags there after we checked out. The pool was not very nice looking so that was a bit disappointing, and the hotel is a bit out of town from the restaurants, but the hotel staff and modern rooms and amenities make up for it.
