Me parece hotel de tres estrellas
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación.
La señorita que nos atendió por la noche en la terraza del restaurante. Lluvia, chocolate caliente y bollos, tal como le pedimos.

Cons:

El olor a comida en habitación y pasillo
Que el baño no tiene ninguna puerta y la pared dando dormitorio es de cristal, no hay intimidad y el sonido y luz entran en la habitación a media noche. Agua de la ducha por todos lados del baño, no hay pared, mampara o cortina.
Boda y niños haciendo ruido a las 2 madrugada en jardín. No es bueno para el descanso.
Pagué 280 euros con desayuno, 2 adul y 1 niñ, y no pienso que los valga.

Very disappointed with this hotel as it had the air of abandonment- no atmosphere
Pros:

It had car parking and the breakfast had a good selection

Cons:

It was empty- hardly any guests around. No bar in reception area. Vast areas of space with no furniture, no pictures or photos gave a feeling of a large warehouse - no warmth or welcoming atmosphere.
Spa was expensive and only available in the evening.

Wat een flop dit hotel
Pros:

Grote kamers. Vriendelijke receptie personeel. Voor de rest viel het eigenlijk allemaal tegen en kan ik niets positief zeggen. Dit hotel is geen 5 sterren waard! Met moeite 2 sterren.

Cons:

Al bij aankomst was de eerste indruk negatief. De orchideeën op de tafeltjes in de inkomhal waren allemaal verwelkt. De planten hadden ook al een tijd geen water gekregen. Er stond geen enkel blad meer op de orchideeën. De bloemblaadjes waren afgevallen en lagen gewoon op de tafeltjes rondom de kale orchideeën. Je zou verwachten dat dit in een 5 sterren hotel toch wel wordt opgeruimd. Bovenaan de trap van de inkomhal was de verf helemaal afgebladderd. De minibar in de kamer was leeg. We wilden er zelf dan maar wat drank in zetten, maar de minibar koelde onze drank niet. De enkele apparaten in de gym waren oud en versleten en sommige waren gewoon kapot. In de gang naar onze kamer hing het plafond naar beneden (zie foto). Het glas van de scheidingswand van het terras was gebroken. Oude plastieken terrasmeubilair. De spiegel op de badkamer hing bovenaan vol spatten van vorige gasten. Het ontbijt was van slechte kwaliteit. Koffie niet te drinken. Parking kost €15. Aan het zwembad lagen een paar omvergewaaide parasols. Op de website staat dat er room service is. Op de kamer is daar nergens iets van terug te vinden. Geen menu, geen telefoonnummer. Als je de waterkoker op de kamer wil gebruiken, moet je eerst onder de tafel kruipen om de stekker van een lamp uit te trekken om daar dan de stekker van de waterkoker in te steken. 2 stopcontacten zouden wel gemakkelijk zijn.
Samengevat : dit hotel is vergane glorie en is helemaal geen 5 sterren waard.
Bij uit checken hebben we onze klachten benoemd en hebben we de parking en het ontbijt terugbetaald gekregen.

Una estancia fantástica en el Hotel Granada Palace

Una experiencia estupenda en el Hotel Granada Palace. Un hotel elegante, acogedor y con unas instalaciones magníficas, ideal para disfrutar de unos días de descanso y desconexión en Granada.

Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad, profesionalidad y atención del personal, que hacen que la estancia sea todavía más agradable.

El ambiente es tranquilo, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y el hotel ofrece una combinación perfecta de comodidad, calidad y buen servicio.

Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable tanto para una escapada en pareja como para disfrutar de unos días visitando Granada y sus alrededores.

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Staff was great. The hotel is clean a little dated but the entrance does have a wow factor. The hall ways are nice and the room was clean and nice as we had a terrace/balcony with a great view of the city. There is a casino next door if you like to play the slot machines or are up for some poker and/or black jack.

Cons:

The bathroom sink could have been a little cleaner.

Could have been better
Pros:

The room was amazing, really comfortable spacious and cleaned.excellent breakfast and The staff was really polite.

Cons:

We chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a Spa Hotel, and unfortunately the spa was not usable during our stay. This was particularly disappointing because access to the spa was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place. I feel the hotel should make it much clearer when booking if the spa facilities are unavailable.

Another disappointment was being charged €15 extra for parking at a five-star hotel. The parking area is open throughout the night, with cars and people coming and going, so charging an additional fee for what appears to be a very basic, unsecured parking area feels excessive for a hotel of this standard.

Overall, I expected a much higher level of service and facilities from a five-star hotel. The combination of an unusable spa and an additional €15 parking charge unfortunately took away from what should have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Nos hubiera gustado conocer de antemano los servicios no disponibles, como el spa. Los desayunos son muy mejorables, sobre todo hoy en día no hay excusa para no disponer de alternativas vegetales a la leche.
