Cons:

I paid for the hotel for 1300 euros. for some reason, booking did not confirm the hotel reservation, and my money was debited from the bank account. as a result, booking replied to me that it would refund my money now, in 12 days. and so I was left without money and without a hotel.

Cons:

Actualizar instalaciones de baños, secadores de pelo antiguo y muy poca iluminacion
Mantenimiento del spa, varios servicios no funcionaban, por lo cual tuvimos un descuento, pero el resto del circuito muy bien

Fizeram um upgrade do nosso quarto, simplesmente fantástico, grande, com banheira de hidromassagem e chuveiro.
Camas confortáveis e vista maravilhosa.

Pros:

The room size was very good

Cons:

There was no AC operating. And first day of stay the telephone system was down.
Beside that 15 Euro per night for garage is quite costly

La verdad es que todo!
La habitación tremenda, las camas geniales y muy cómodas, persianas!!!
Es una Hotelazo!

Cons:

El desayuno buffet es un pelín corto, siendo un 5 estrellas, nos pareció corto de surtido.
