Hanoi Elite Hotel

cleaning lady doing good job but breakfast was very poor, no hygiene , room too small , stairs too narrow, no elevator, only one iron wait two days etc

The kitchen was untied and dirty the staff were dirty, and the end of my staying, the book me for a transport a minibus 12 seater, they haven’t an compartment for laggage and in the end of my arrival the driver damage my lagagge , l contact the hotel and l send a photo of the damage, but they never go back to me.

The staff was incredibly nice. All of them. All of the time. They were also very helpful. Made you feel more like family than a guest. There’s no elevator. The stairs are narrow and I was on the 6th floor. I looked at it as a fitness opportunity! Haha. The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was a life safer. Shower was like a spa. Was a great experience. Clean nice, great people. One more thing. Definitely buy a SIM card in Nam, not abroad. My Mint - minternational roaming sim, didn’t word for even a second. my iWatch saved me. Waypoints and offline maps. Hote;l had old school paper maps that helped as well. Definitely would stay here again. If I go back to the old quarter.

This place is truly excellent, clean and perfectly located for walking. The manager David will make sure your stay is perfect! Wonderful staff and the orange juice is so refreshing. Thank-you.

This hotel is central to the old quarter,David and Tracey are so helpful any questions they are the people' to ask.rooms are comfortable showers are great could do with new towels , sadly no lift stairs are narrow but David helps with cases all in all very happy

The hotel is in a small alley, so it will take about 2 min walk from the big road. Good WiFi, firm bed, soft pillow, kettle for hot water, shower separated from the toilet and sink, clean and new amenities, quiet area even close to the noisy beer quarter,. The staff is especially very helpful with advise and carrying heavy luggage upstairs as no elevator available. The only down points are no elevator, sewer smell bathroom, useless safe box (can't be used as it's already closed). Price very affordable and cheaper than other places. I'll give it 4.5/5.

The hotel has a great location, down an alley, close to, but not in the action. The staff were super helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms could have been cleaner; there was mold growing on a few surfaces in the bathroom. The fridge stops working when you leave the room - we lost some food to this. The stairs are hot and tight. No elevator. David and Tracey helped make our stay amazing. The cost of the hotel for what you get is a little high compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and there were many great food and drink options. The hotel's location next to Beer Street was great for a live atmosphere. The hotel's location also allowed for easy pick up during tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Bing.

My wife and I would stay again.

The staff are very helpful. They gave great recommendations of things to do and see. We were able to store our bags for the day before we checked in and also after we checked out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff change the towels daily. Old quarter is super walkable and the hotel is situated in a great place. It’s near a very noisy bar street but the hotel room was quiet!

The smell is really bad inside the room and outside the property. The lobby was the worst and I had no idea how the staff handled it and served the breakfast without the air conditioning. There is no lift in the building so if you thought you could manage to walk to 6th floor with narrow staircases. Good luck.

Clean and quite

As this property is 70 meters to “Beer Street”, expect the party music to penetrate the walls until 2 a.m.

Property was clean but poor-quality towels, bedsheets, etc.

the property has 6 floors but no elevator or lift. That makes ít didficult for senior or people who has knee problem to go up or down if they on the top floors. The propert also is located in a small alley wide enough for one motorcylcle to pass. But the service was good. They did their best to make you feel comfortable
