Pros:

The room was just clean & fabulous, big comfottable bed, good size bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was really friendly and kind. I had to leave early the following morning and they packed me breakfast for my journey.

Cons:

Location is ok, not that far away from the city center but need to take a bus to the city center.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber sehr gemütlich und nett. Das Bett war super bequem und sauber. Das Frühstück war (leider) jeden Tag komplett gleich, aber absolut in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt nichts zu beklagen.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable with friendly kitchen staff. We were out all day and only met the front desk person for 5 minutes. The front desk staff hours are very limited.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, aber alles ist etwas alt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen ist es ok dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Glad We Picked The Salisbury
Pros:

Very convenient location and has a very adequate continental breakfast. We were leaving early on our last day, and they even prepared a brown bag breakfast for us to take with us. The staff were very helpful assisting with our bags up and down the stairs. If you want an excellent meal for dinner, try Isola around the corner.

Cons:

I did not appreciate receiving an email the night before our stay advising that our original room was not available due to some renovation work being done. They did offer us another room or a refund. At this short notice, our only option was to accept the other room. It was compretable, and I'm glad we had our stay as we loved the property. It was very clean and had a bright bathroom with a great shower. I would suggest they add another garbage can in the room instead of the one tiny flip top one in the bathroom.

Once renovated it will be great. Fab breakfast, garden and lounge. Alessio was very helpful and very friendly. A credit to the hotel

Cons:

Our room was not quite finished and you need to do a thorough dust clean after decorating. Change the lamp shade they are dirty

Een leuk hotel met ietwat gedateerde interieur en een toilet en douche met weinig privémegelijkheid.
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

k vond het vervelend dat de douche en het toilet een kleine meter vanaf het bed was en toegankelijk was met een schuifdeur. Mocht privé willen zijn op het toilet is dit niet de juiste kamer voor jou.

A shame the above details let down a great location, lovely staff

Room dusty, bathroom mouldy (silicon around bath ect)

Fold out bed terrible, really thin mattress and very uncomfortable sleep. Main bed great.

Would lot visit again I’m afraid
Pros:

Clean and modern, staff were helpful esp the breakfast lady

Cons:

Only after paying we’re told of mild construction work, water was turned off at 10am one morning which meant we had to rush breakfast but the most frustrating part was our ground floor room was refreshed and we returned back later that night to find the window wide open and our possessions at risk of theft. Very disappointing, checked our late and paid £25 charge begrudgingly🤬 not impressed at all

Very lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, very picturesque. The style and decoration made us feel like we truly were at a boutique hotel.

The breakfast was too basic, would have love to have more variety and "hot" options like, scrambled eggs, sausages or even pancakes.
