Staff ottimo ma struttura da rivedere e non 4stelle
Pros:

Punto forte sicuramente è il personale, disponibile e chiaro nonché professionale. La struttura ha molte possibilità ma sfruttate male e questo è un grande peccato.

Cons:

Considerando che parliamo di un 4 stelle, le camere sono nella media di categorie più basse e la colazione poco ricca di alternative e di qualità, specialmente per le aspettative inglesi. Una famiglia non può essere messa in stanze non collegate e soprattutto in piani diversi, quindi pecca di organizzazione logistica. Molti accessori e particolari datati e non utilizzabili ( vedi termosifone in bagno, asciugacapelli, macchine del caffè, muffa nei bordi in bagno, saliscendi doccia che perde, ecc.) La posizione non sarebbe male ma in un posto non sereno e le finestre non sono né insonorizzate né di nuova generazione (specie in bagno dove abbiamo trovato di epoca vittoriana)

the only thing i like it was a croissant from breakfast.

where to start. I booked this one bcs I was arriving in Edinburgh at 7pm and they did check ins until 8pm. on the day before they called me saying they couldn't do in person check in so I need to do a self check in. it was overwhelming and definitely not a 4* hotel experience. the place is just worn out with no comfort or good service. they charge double than what is the real value for that place.

Het was een beetje verouderd. Smalle bedden. Kleine badkamer en elke dag precies hetzelfde ontbijt. Veel groenten enzo. Ma beperkte soorten brood, of eitjes... er stond een groot koffiemachine, maar toch waren het koffiekannetjes, geen cappuccino of late dus....

Adorei o pequeno almoço. Uma boa variedade e muito boa qualidade. Tinha um salmão fumado excelente e bolos de pastelaria fantásticos, assim como fruta fresca cortada e inteira e legumes.

A casa de banho ficou completamente alagada após um chuveiro de 20 min. E a receção fecha às 6 p.m , mas supostamente tem um número de telefone para apoio a noite. Tentei ligar do telefone do quarto, ele não estava sequer ligado a linha de telefone, liguei, mesmo assim não funcionou. Liguei para o número do meu telemóvel, a mensagem foi que a sua chamada não podia ser atendida de momento. Tivemos que limpar água toda da casa de banho com as nossas toalhas. No dia seguinte quando comuniquei isto aos funcionários, nem sequer pediram desculpa ou acharam que fosse importante. No dia a seguir não limparam o quarto, nem trocaram as toalhas que tínhamos colocado no chão como indicado pela sinalização. Tive que eu ir pedir toalhas novas, e novamente não pediram desculpa

Perfect Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect for walking, bus, taxi, or driving. Right on edge of Holyrood Park, so walking options. Don't miss walking through Innocent Railway Tunnel! Shopping Street two buildings away with food shops, bookstores, charity shops, restaurants.

Good breakfast buffet! Single room was perfect!

Un bon hôtel standard à proximité du centre-ville d’Édimbourg

Le fait que nous ayons été surclassé dans une grande chambre
La gentillesse du personnel
