La atención de Alessio en la recepción, un chico muy agradable que nos ayudo mucho.
La habitación limpia y una cama cómoda.
El desayuno tipo buffet esta bien aunque deben mejorar el cafe.

La amabilidad del chico de recepción, el surtido de infusiones, café,etc de cortesía, como nos marchábamos antes de la hora del desayuno nos prepararon una bolsa muy abundante y surtida.

Very difficult to get parked at hotel as not enough parking spaces to accommodate the amount of guests at hotel.
Radiator in bathroom was far too hot, my sons girlfriend burnt her forearm really badly whilst getting out the shower. She only brushed her arm against it for a split second and it has burnt and blistered her whole forearm. Please can the radiator temperature be looked into asap before another guest ends up burning themselves. This is a health and safety concern.

The beds in the twin room were horrendous and unfortunately it was difficult to sleep.

The worst nightmare our lives!!!
The had no keys for our room. So they gave us a master Key that every Guest could use too, so everyone could open my room. So we leaved the hotel and we had to claim for days to have our money back!!!! And the hole stress and extra money to find a new Hotel.
The room was very dirty , absolutely nightmare and no worth fort almost over 700Pounds!!
The breakfast was a scam, nothing more than bread ,1 marmelade and a little cheese and jam. Only toast were fresh made. But everything was very dirty, look the fotos.

The breakfast was good, it was continental there was a good selection, and the staff where very nice and kept asking if everything was ok, could not fault the staff or breakfast at all.
I feel the room was a bit tired, the shower was pretty awful, could do with a total facelift , grouting was disgusting around the shower base, I found the pillows a bit hard, this obviously is a preference of mine, and you can’t please everyone with this one.
El edificio, el desayuno, y el personal del desayuno, que es el único que conseguimos ver del hotel.
Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción, la llave de la habitación no funcionaba, y no nos cogían ningún teléfono. Estuvimos una hora intentando poder entrar en la habitación, cosa que conseguimos gracias a otro huesped, porque no apareció nadie del hotel.
Por la ventana entraba un frio brutal, y la calefacción no funcionaba.
El ropero no se podia utilizar por estar lleno de trastos.
El servicio, o el personal del hotel ha sido inexistente.
Y mas.... Por poco no dormimos en la calle.

Camera comoda, buona pulizia, ottimo staff sempre presente, ottima posizione (un solo autobus accanto l'hotel per il centro)
Nota dolente le finestre non si chiudevano bene e l'isolazione termica da rivedere. Abbiamo dovuto tenere accesi i riscaldamenti tutta la notte.

Otelin konumu turistik yerlere yürüyerek yaklaşık 20 dakika biz yürümeyi sevdiğimiz için keyifli geçti ancak çok yakında otobüs durakları da mevcut. Otel sessiz sakin bir bölgede bahçe manzaralı odada kaldık çok huzurluydu. Oda ve banyo oldukça geniş, ısıtması iyi, interneti iyi, kahvaltısı da oldukça güzel ve çeşitliydi. Çalışanlar da güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim memnun kalacağınız bir otel olur.
